Go within dear hearts and feel the power of the Love within you, expand the light within you that is you out to fill your entire being your field. Walk within love as all at this time and always serves you to expand into the highest expression of love that you are. Allow the layers of density to be let go from within the heart, the mind, the physical body. Let the tears flow if they arise to assist the heart as it works to process and release, nothing is wrong this is opportunity to let go of what is ready to come away, to detach and complete that which the heart has held stored within. This may be connected to relationships past or current shifts, unresolved or unhealed, emotions that have not been fully processed at the time. Old experiences where you may have felt abandoned, unseen, unheard, your worth and value questioned and where you have taken this on had your perception of self altered. You are not your experiences allow gently and with love the threads to detangle and detach, to release from within. Remember it is the personality, the ego that judges things as right or wrong or judges that you are going backwards or forwards, you are always moving forwards and all serves you to open to more of who you truly are. Allow the waves of Light present today to wash through you, observe and breathe, all is well. Many will actually feel the release a lightness from within over the next few days. Remember as came through yesterday your commitment to yourself and keep walking, choosing you and the best path forwards that serves you. Be aware of when you feel overly emotional or triggered if you are falling into old patterns of comforting, negative mental chatter, over analysing, time to stand in your power as the creator being you are and choose better, different. Get outside and move your body a little if you are feeling the energies amplified within your systems, flush yourself with water, get in it drink it as all serves to assist the energy to move through you. You got this you really do.
It does not matter if you feel energised or quiet at this time, remember you are within your own unique Soul journey as we all journey together as One. The opportunities are always present, new pathways opening as others close. Keep choosing you, keep reminding yourself of the magic that you are, the blessing that you are courageous heart, keep walking forwards head high, light radiating brightly and explore the possibilities of yourself being more, being an even greater version of you than you ever imagined or allowed yourself to think was possible, for it is, know it as truth.
