Hello dear hearts what comes through today extends they say from yesterday’s message where it spoke of insights, perspective changes around relationships particularly. This includes the self, your relationship with yourself they are adding so perhaps you feel ready to take better care of yourself, be kinder to yourself or you recognise that you hold a new depth of belief that you are worthy, capable and deserving. Perhaps your eyes have been opened to a direction or way you have been approaching something or someone and you see now with greater clarity the way ahead or where your words and/or actions may have been harsh or critical. This is about the further coming away and transmuting of the old patterning and programming we have held, where we come from a wounded space. All serves to bring deeper more authentic connections with the self and others. You may have noticed what has been recurring theme within your closest deepest relationships with others has perhaps highlighted and illuminated for you where you haven’t been authentic, true to you, where you may have drifted away from who you truly are, where you have become complacent and stagnant. IS it time to shake things up a little and reignite the fire within your connection?
If you are able to take time to connect with, to go within (use the Solar Plexus Chakra Code if you have it) the solar plexus and call forth the element of Fire. See, sense, feel, imagine (know it is so) that there is a flame, whether a bonfire or a single flame it does not matter see how it appears to you, burning up anything within the solar plexus (set intention to) that is being held on to that can be let go of. Allow the element of Fire to transmute and transform, to burn through any stored emotional energy held in the Solar Plexus. You may feel to place Fire in other areas of your body or chakras also, be guided. Let the body guide and show you.
