The space that many have been/are finding themselves within is the inner desire/pull to slow things down, this is the calling into presence, to be more present with/within ourselves more self-aware so we can better make choices, decisions and actions from a space of connection, of presence that which feels right, anchored/grounded, aligned and in flow with where we are at. When we are in a space that is slowed or we are more consciously present with ourselves and not in an over state of busyness and mindless mostly unconscious doing, this doesn’t mean we don’t do or get things done but that what we choose to do is aligned and we are in connection with ourselves, with our hearts and Souls guidance. It is a reconnection to self and we have particularly this last few months been very strongly guided to better reconnect with our bodies so we are more aware of the whole self not just our light/spiritual self, for the body the physical vessel allows the light that we are to be on this Earth plane, to have an earthly experience for Souls growth.
Judgement comes through, particularly judgment of self, again be aware of what your inner critic is feeding you, what stories and beliefs it is keeping alive and thus keeping you with a mindset and energy, emotion of lack or limitation. We have been deeply working on self-worth, all experiences have been particularly within relationships of any form triggering the old mistruths that you have held on to. Some may have surprised you as you thought you had it mastered or healed enough that your emotions may have felt out of the blue, all is well it is another deeper layer being exposed to heal and clear. Your inner work so far means you are in a good place to recognise the limiting beliefs, to not as often react from old programming to trigger btu see it for what it is. This doesn’t mean we get it right or catch ourselves all the time so don’t beat yourself up if you do respond/react in what you know is an old way, see it, acknowledge it and let it go, you get to choose again when it next arises, which it will, this is the magical work. See the wounding’s that arise that bring up those feelings of unworthiness, or not-enoughness in any form as the false beliefs they are, choose to in the moment of emotion to cancel them out, to reset/recognise and hold compassion as you stand tall hand on your heart and reaffirm “I (say your name) choose, I AM worthy, I AM whole, I AM complete, I AM a beacon of unconditional Love. I AM Light”. Stand tall in your power, your truth dear hearts.
We are creating a new way of BEINGness, of doing, of living from within and it takes time to adjust, to settle and to anchor. You are incredible, you are a powerful being of love, you ARE a shining star just in case you needed to be reminded.
