Allow your Process

Continue to allow yourself your process, to allow the parts of you that are within transformation, within rebirth. They say it is time to drop the judgement of what you feel, it’s okay if it feels a little messy, a little ragged, it’s okay to not have it all worked out, to feel fatigued or flat, or that it’s been a lot. It will all start to settle down after the Eclipses just allow your due process time for you to centre within it all and get used to the new vibration you are come into.
Remember you are light; you are love at your core. Close your eyes when the mind feels full or that it is running your show, when you feel the discord of the outer world seeping in to effect your peaceful state of beingness. Close your eyes and place your hand on your heart, locate that spark of light within your body, see it pulse and shine like a diamond. Now expand it with your breathe, with each breathe see it pulse, radiate and expand until it has filled your entire being and beyond, so it radiate and shines all around you. Remind yourself of the light you are, that you are not your past, your stories, your trauma, your grief. Connect with your light by consciously focusing your awareness on it, when you think of light you draw it to you, you consciously work with it. Fill up and allow your light body to shine and transform the energy within and around you. You create the shift from within, go within. Anchor within the heart space.

Your body may feel it doesn’t want to do much or doesn’t want to play the game; the mind may be in it however so you may feel a little battle emerge between the two. Let the body rest when it needs to it is integrating and letting go of a great deal as said yesterday generational trauma, beliefs and grief coming up to be released, the density releasing. As you do this you are able to hold more light, the body needs rest and care through the process. The heart and mind seek to connect to work together so that we come from a space of compassion and love and the mind becomes less attached to what only serves to hold you back or separate you from your truest self. Allow what is outside of you your control your responsibility (boundaries) to be, maintain your peace(fullness).

Remember the beauty, the clarity and peace found within just being, within flowing instead of busyness and doingness which we have been so programmed to be. When you allow the mind to slow down you become more aware of all around you, within you, you make space to hear, to receive. For those that need it – Remember its okay to not know what’s next or to feel uncertain, you may feel you want to push through with ideas or get certain things resolved or tidied up but it may depend on another or a bunch of other steps first to be activated. Be patient and trust, the process of trusting in uncertainty is not an easy one this is being acknowledged. It can be automatic response to want to fix things, or fill spaces with something to feel comfortable, to feel safe and on track or to feel a sense of normalcy but they are the old ways that we are shifting out of, this is the freedom we are creating for ourselves, coming back to trust and being okay and comfortable within space, within ourselves just as we are. Keep recognising where you judge, yourself your situation your feelings, let go of labelling right or wrong as what we are being guided to is to accept all of it just as it is. Keep moving through with an open heart.
