Continue to make choice to let go of again and again your human preconceived ideas and beliefs of who you think you need to be to feel you fit in, to feel accepted, liked, loved, and needed as you open little by little to allowing yourself to be free(ly) you in all ways which comes from accepting yourself just as you are in each moment. It does not matter what that moment looks like, and it is not for another to judge what that moment looks like for you, it is for you to experience, to feel, let the labels go, the masks to drop away so you get to experience yourself as free to BE. For where you are now and who you believe yourself to be now is in constant change, where are you resisting change, where are you resisting your access to love and possibility for self? Freedom, peace/fullness awaits you as you let go of the harshness of judgement, scrutiny whether your own or that which is another’s, society’s, which has no-thing to do with you. Where are you still seeking another’s approval or validation, or feel you need to be, do, act, the same as, where are you seeking outside of yourself. Do not be disheartened(hardened) but rather see that it shows you where you are still working within, so you feel safe enough, for you ARE safe enough to be you.
There is a change in energy coming in, its like (I see it) a new door slowly opening, or page turning to start a new chapter in a book, it has been quite an intense start to the year, so much has been transforming within us, purging and collapsing of the old, old timelines that the systems, bodies, mind, heart (emotions) and Spirit have felt piled on at times. If lately you have felt you have just had your head above water and have been paddling to keep afloat, you have needed more than usual rest/sleep, a deeper weariness has been present, know you have not been alone, it has been the balancing act to give and to still function at times as we have navigated these fast moving transformative transmutational energies. Many have felt things are simply moving too fast, emotions, thoughts more intense and feeling more reactive have called for our continued understanding and awareness to no-thing being wrong but looking at where we may still try to control our world rather than flow with and within it, allowing the feeling of instability or vulnerability as a way of deepening our practices of TRUST. Being more aware of the old ‘go to’ patterns, behaviors and minds stories that arise that keep us stuck and in old looping patterns.
There IS such beauty present, it is the presence of love which is ever present around you, within you, in all things, you need do no-thing more than seek within yourself, immerse yourself within the Light of the heart, the spark of light that is you and that is always connected to and a part of the Light of All, Source Light, Divine Light. What are you choosing to start your day within, reconnection to love, Light and joyfulness whilst being present with your emotions and thoughts, letting go of the minds judgements, or simply sinking into the heavier energies that may feel your emotions and thoughts in that moment? Allow love in, allow light in, allow it to penetrate and soothe/smooth the journey, allow light to lead you allow love to lead you and know that you are so much more than you believe yourself or ‘feel’ yourself to be in any given moment.
Are you allowing yourself space to give to yourself, are you open to that which brings joy, lightness, laughter, are you open to joy and the sweetness that life offers?
