Hands on your heart “I AM love, I AM loved” – now take a deep breath in and exhale slowly
Hands on your heart “I (say your name) choose, I feel safe inside me”. “I (say your name) choose, I feel safe inside me as I am emerging into newer versions of myself”. Take a nice deep breath into your heart space and slowly exhale, as you exhale see (sense, feel imagine, know it is so) the energy the Light, the power within these spoken words filling your heart space and being drawn down your spinal column and into your base chakra to anchor.
A reminder through Spirit today about the amazingness that is you, the magic that is you and your ability to bring in and choose what you go forwards with and what you don’t, what you allow. Fill up dearest hearts. Repeat “I am enough, I am whole, I am love, I am loved. I am safe and I am from this moment choosing to shine brightly in all my love.
You ARE safe to be you and you are Safe as you are emerging.
