It may seem like a repeating message and that’s because it is, as our care of and the choices we make to either listen and provide the physical body, the vehicle that allows this human earth experience to happen for us, or to ignore and try to push through within old patterns and programs that keep us disconnected from ourselves does affect how we experience these huge waves, jumps and transformative times we are within. It is designed to support our soul essence, our divine light presence whilst working to transmute and transform lower, denser frequencies. The heart centre our heart portal is an incredible transformer of energy. Listen to the voice of love whispering to you from within to take care of you. You are aware, so much more aware of the old programs you have running and yes it does take time and practice to not choose the old comforting or avoidance ways when it feels hard, hard in the mind, weary within the body but this is where we are being called up, called to stand in our power, our knowing and choose change, choose love, choose to love all parts of you.
Trust that whatever is arising, revealing or you are being taken back over to reflect on and let go of is perfect and needed for you to move forwards. Whether you feel clear and engaged or unsettled and a little scattered it’s all okay, you don’t have to be stuck within it observe it and remember to love yourself through it no matter what it looks or feels like.
