There comes a sense that we are within at present an opportunistic time with the loving assistance of the lunar energies to have revealed to us, to see and work with letting go of lack, where we have felt limitation, where experiences have been such that we have hid ourselves as a means of protection where we have shrunk back within and made ourselves small as a shield from being hurt, ridiculed or betrayed again. Unworthiness, sadness, grief, a sense of deep loss as well as anger that has been connected to these experiences all seeking release. This is freeing, they say again freeing. So if you have been feeling the rattling of the old and negative self-talk arise as you are trying to get ahead the not enoughs that feel heavy in the physical chest and heart space, the to-ing and fro-ing of emotion from feeling down to up again and back again, as always all is well. You are being shown, you are feeling what is within that is having the light shone on it so you can shine brighter. This is further reclaiming of your power dearest hearts. No need to sink into it all or allow the emotional wave to envelop you, flow with it, observe it and cancel out and affirm in the highest when you feel yourself shift into the denser vibrations of lack that you are worthy.
