In our opening, our awakening to who we truly are, our transformation to our true form that is love it can at times feel like your very heart is being cracked open, as the disintegration of the old beliefs and stories cracks and crumbles from within that occurs as we trust and let go we are coming to know ourselves as beyond what we have perceived or been told we are. As we surrender and give ourselves permission to feel, to trust we can feel and acknowledge our deepest of emotions, what has sat below the surface for such a long time, the layering’s that have been shoved down as way of protection, survival we are emerging to walk in a new way. We rise above.
Trust what is arising, trust yourself, trust in the change that is occurring within you, and around you as all things move and shift to come into light, love, peace. You are birthing yourself anew dearest heart continue to trust to love yourself through this process, never forget your worthiness to BE nor your ability to move through what comes to open you to more of you. Transformational change individually, as a collective and a planet has sped up, it is not so much on and off but a now very present continual process that we are consciously and physically aware of occurring.
On another note, can you see that within your perhaps lack of interest or enthusiasm for what once felt fulfilling that there are new creative avenues calling you to be explored. What calls your heart here? It may not be clear yet but be open to trying things you haven’t even thought about, directions that were once clear are pivoting, see where the magic takes you, be curious and playful with it. Is it time to start to wonder what you are capable of, what more is possible for you? Perhaps it is time to give yourself permission or space for more to be a part of your life now.
In times where you feel depleted, when you feel lost, confused, call love in, call forth the Light of the Divine and open to receive, remembering of course that you are already filled with Divine light/love but at times it can feel hard to find, to connect with, to acknowledge when we are caught within emotion. Ask for assistance and you will be surprised at the speed it is received. To receive Divine assistance all you are asked to do is to open your heart, close your eyes, sink into your body/being, take three deep breaths in and out of your heart space and call forth assistance to shift and move any lower or dense energies through your body, to fill you with the light of reassurance, love and peace. Now settle here a moment or two and soak it in, see the light beams that start to surround your crown and come down in waves of colour moving through every part of your being on all levels. Feel the wash, the waves permeating every cell every layer of your field. Remember to thank them with gratitude and smile knowing all will be well. Let the struggle go, hand it over and breathe in peace. Let the judgement go, hand it over and breathe in compassion. Let love in, open to receive.
