I was typing about the incoming Solstice and Lunar energies that are streaming in, some may have been already feeling them as they are felt before and after time/event… and then I was told ‘no’, the message that wanted to come through was that you are all working on your empowerment, you all beautiful beings are stepping into your greater empowerment and you are seen, acknowledged and supported beyond and by what you could ever possibly imagine. The Divine, the Angels, the Ancestors, all Light Beings in the higher realms. Focus on not what is outside of you nor the energetic events that are taking place keep your focus within and within your own world/reality and continue to create, cultivate and strengthen that which you wish to be, see and hold in your life. At this time work to anchor your Base, work deeply with your Base Chakra to support your sense of security, safety and belonging. The woundings of the masculine, remember this is not about the ‘male’ but the masculine (and feminine) we all hold within us, are arising for healing, hopelessness and grief ripe for release. If you find that you are feeling a little emotionally frazzled or vulnerable/tender or your thoughts have turned a little not so uplifting or bright if you feel the weight of what may be coming to light from deep within that is ready to be cleared, remind yourself again and again and again, all is well, I am worthy, I am enough, I AM LOVED, I AM LOVE, and this WILL pass. Where is your focus on how you are feeling or is it on feeding yourself the good things that support you through? I am choosing to evolve and within this process of coming to know myself I am bringing all the parts of me that are not of love that don’t know love, that I don’t love and accept unconditionally to light so I may know myself as more of the incredible being I AM.
Sit with the Root Chakra Code if you have it (its on the website if you feel to purchase it I’m not here to sell it to you as you are all your best guide) it will help you to anchor down into the Earth, into your physical body and strengthen your sense of belonging. Close your eyes hand on your heart right over left, take three deep breathes into and out of your heart space and say aloud –
“I (say your name) choose, I release the weight of the journey”.
“I (say your name) choose, I open to greater truth and trust of all that is unfolding for me now. All is perfectly working out for me for my highest and greatest good”.
“I (say your name) choose, a path of peace and ease”.
Continue to choose to be present. Remember you choose where you focus is taken, and how long it remains there, you hold the power dearest Light.
