As we come to the end of August, and what a month it has been, it feels we all need a holiday after the intensity of change, emotion and energy that came with it. September feels like an opening or a definite peek into a new you, the image in minds eye of arms stretched out and open wide welcoming the light into our hearts, a distinct feeling even for just a moment that you are now able to take a breath and this breath is indeed a breath of fresh air, you feel hope, for a moment you feel and know deep within your being that all is and has been for reason. The shifts within you many start to become noticeable as the way, shape and form of your thoughts, your words, your actions are different, your being, your mind, your heart is not feeling as dense or weighed down there feels an openness about you and you become aware that you are starting to see, sense and feel things with a higher perspective, see the workings behind much of what you have been travelling and the experiences you have been having come up.
At present you may feel that it is best for you in all ways to slow things down, your body your entire being may feel like a big break, to take time to just BE, if may feel a reflective and introverted space that you wish to and are being called to be within as you are integrating and this allows the dust to settle on some pretty big learnings. Allow yourself this space as best as you are able. Continue to allow your heart, your Soul and the Divine to guide you, you may feel a little or a lot weary depending on what has come up for you to grow through over this last month but your strength your resilience has grown, your boundaries have, hopefully, been tightened and reconfigured to support the ‘now newly emerging you’ as the past has been showing you clearly where you needed to do so, whether with another person in relationship, within your work, where you have continually give out too much time and energy. All a part of your deepening understanding and putting in place to honour your worth, your worthiness, your self-care/love.
Remember we are all unique individuals and so is your Souls journey on this Earth, we travel similar themes at times yes so please try not to compare where you are with another’s journey or feel that you have to be through or over anything, or at a certain point. Find your peace with where you are now, within it all, take a breath if it’s not exactly what you want or you don’t feel how you want to feel. Allow the process of time, allow yourself your process and to process what you are to that is individual to you and your growth, expansion and opening. Honouring the space you are within is important. Trust the process and trust the process of time that it needs to be for you, the more you allow and flow the better, if we recycle story and hang on to what is clearly showing needs to change then the more we will stay in that learning until we are ready or have had enough that we enact change.
There are beautiful signs, synchronicities and ‘seeming’ random encounters and openings available to all and they will present to you the more you step back and let go of the old ways of control and invite more joy, love and ease, allowance into your life. More TRUST. Look at the Third eye Light Code – Arms stretched out and up, close your eyes, see the third eye as a diamond light, this light radiates and expands in all directions around you, feel the warmth of the Light above you coming through your crown, feel your heart open as the Divine hearts light fills your heart space. Smile allow your smile to fill you, feel the joy present, ever present with you, the love, feel the love ever present with you and reaffirm ~ “I (say your name) trust. I honour my journey and I trust I am divinely supported and divinely guided today and all days. I am divinely loved and empowered to grow as the radiant Soul of love that I am. Blessed be it is so.”
Slow down and allow space, allow yourself some spaciousness to just be, no lists, no appointments, no schedules, this makes space for just being and this space often delivers a lot of aha moments and insight.
