Whoosh we are integrating on all levels through all layers, big energies as we moved within the solstice. Body fatigue may be very present just honour what you need listen to your body’s needs as there is much processing through the mental, emotional, spirit/energetic and physical. Lots being felt within the heart. All is well, acknowledge, pay attention to any resistance you feel as Soul guides you to let go of old ways, patterns, you may at times feel within a push/pull as going against the current of where Soul is guiding you and your own head/humanness or stubbornness to change, listen, do differently is felt.
