What we have stored away within the subconscious that which we have not wanted to see, feel, face, that which we have swept under the rug, well you may find that it starts to make itself known to you and comes up to be seen, acknowledged and worked through, varying for all of course. Relationships, focus on the home comes in so family also possibly here, balance within relationships, being seen, personal power/areas where there feels an imbalance of power, being/feeling held back. Possible heightened emotions within others, easily triggered or on edge comes in. Please know however it presents for you through situation, circumstances, experience, interaction that it is a part and parcel of the endings that need to be that propel you into new beginnings, openings and possibilities, opportunities. Change is constant. All is supportive of your forward direction and opening and not working against you although in the moment of emotion, trigger or revelation it may not feel that way. Allow your emotions let them have the space they need to be honoured, felt and processed through. A lot may be revealed to you within their flow about you and a situation, new insight and revelations. All serves we tend to as humans only really know this when it is something that feels good when in fact all has purpose and reason for being, find a sense of peace within this as best you can.
Letting go of what has been or what you thought was going to be is not easy but this is where we are asked to trust that this is exactly what is being lovingly asked of us to shed so we can open to newness. It is about standing in power and trust, observing and taking action instead of handing it over to people, places, situations and circumstances that have simply not been serving for some time, they have run their course and its now a time to find peace within what it looks like now, again some endings and shifts are harder than others.
Many may be having more questions than answers arise, questioning and wondering what more is there for me and what is my purpose, what is my path in this lifetime. You don’t have to have it all worked out or laid in front of you rather know that you are already you always have been on the path as all is leading you from one to the next, one stepping stone to the other, all leading you in the direction of your self-discovery. Trust it all and continue to release expectations and outcomes which means you are open to all for you and you allow space for connection.
Where do you need to take a new approach or perhaps see things from a different perspective? To expand beyond your current belief of a present situation or area of your life? Are there any areas or situations in your life that feel you are trying to do the same old same old and expecting different results time and time again, what has become lifeless and tired or what actually is making you feel lifeless and tired? Is it actually the grind of the same thing or putting your effort into the same thing only to have nothing change or bring the desired outcome, is it in truth the heart just isn’t in/into it anymore and its actually not now aligned with who you have grown to be, this beautiful current version of self, or perhaps it never was for you. You are being led to greater.
Hold in the back of your mind the awareness to when you may slip back into old ways to comfort or old patterns and routines as they feel nurturing, they feel lovingly safe like a blanket, they feel supportive but are they? We can tend to find this easy to do when we are navigating change as our way to feel in control and soothed by the familiar is to keep around what we know or what we think gives us instant comfort. Spirits very loving but direct message with this is ‘you allow yourself no space for your evolution in choosing the same, the old ways’. Some patterns and addictions come in here (there are many) keep going, you have the courage and the strength you didn’t know you had to keep choosing you, your love, health, and happiness. Most of all your inner peace.
There is so much change energetically and some of it you may be actually experiencing and seeing playing out as physical change in your world, keep trusting where change is leading you.
