Everything, every-thing you are choosing is literally creating the foundation for your newer (future now) version of self to step into, for we are ever evolving ever changing ever transforming, being rebirthed over and over and over. Your choices, words, actions and awareness to your thoughts are all creating, the shifts you have been within and have transformed through are no small things, they have and are monumental within your change and future creating. The sense of self-power that has been bubbling and rising within you has been beautiful assistant in making your choices particularly in saying no, stepping up and expressing where you need help where you have not felt supported, valued or seen, for many the door has been shut on extending themselves so much for others at the sake of self. Feeling now more confident, anchored within their sense of self that the inner shifts are bringing you to a point that you feel ready and resolved to start to actually value and support the self. This is all a part of the journey to greater self-love, a softer way of being, however putting the pieces in place in your life within (perhaps) family, friends, work colleagues etc may be or feel a little shaky or rocky as others are coming to adapt to your new version of self. For they have been so used to who you have been, and for many as it has served them well being able to hand it all to you to carry. And of course we have allowed it to be so, with this realisation please be kind to yourself as this can bring up sadness as ways you have been for so long are now seen so clearly. See the growth not what has been, you get to choose from this heart open moment now, you get to choose love for yourself as your way forward. Keep on your path it is empowering isn’t it each time you choose you and choose love, each time you make different choice or at least are aware of old unserving pattern, you are taking significant steps on your in-power-ment journey. This can at times bring up old fears and you can feel and recognise your want to go back over what you have put in place for example saying no or I cant do that or I am busy that day to feeling I should have said yes I’m letting someone down etc. Choosing you from a space of love can take time to get the hang of, be patient with yourself. Feel the empowerment of right choice made how it sits within the heart, the body and feel and be aware of the mind when it comes in to question the choice, see, watch yourself and the patterns, the looping, you are so much more aware of yourself now. This new awareness is celebration alone. This is the dance as we learn to better master choosing and honouring what we need. For many what has been coming up has been about (connected to not only within this lifetime but through others) not feeling or being considered, these patterns of doing everything are breaking down as the hearts wisdom is listened to and what we actually want we realise is something that is possible and not only that necessity to honour. Consider yourself first, one that is not a selfish act as being in your power, your fullness supports the whole.
