A reminder through the Higher Realms and your heart that you are such a precious, precious being, this message is beaming through all your hearts each and every one of you for you today. A reminder to find the pause, to take a moment to recognise the precious being you are but to also recognise the strength that you hold and the power of your choice, what you are choosing for yourself in your day. To take a moment of pause to feel into the light, the energy the vibration of what you are choosing and sense if it is aligned with your heart, mind and spirit.
The in and out you feel, of time, of one moment heaviness the next not all is a part of your change, the deep change and shift you are within. The hearts reminder that there is no-thing wrong you are reconfiguring, you are emerging you are within metamorphosis. You are becoming lighter, freer and it is especially in the moments that feel far from it that you are witnessing yourself within your very process of change. Hand your judgements over and embrace yourself tighter, hand your head chatter over and invite in peace to be present with and within you. Find your comfortableness, your best path of ease within it by detaching the head chatter and dropping into your head, lighting and powering up your heart light. Your transformation is an internal process, and you will come to notice over time the subtle changes that have taken place, that show through your thoughts, words, actions and ability to hold your space of love, peace and power. All is well.
