What Do I Need to Heal Today?

No thing is by ‘chance’ the people, places, situations and circumstances that are coming up for you, even the smallest of conversations are bringing forth a gift, whether insight, offering reflection on a  past choice, a similar experience with another you have had that is being told to you through another’s experience and what is occurring is that you are being offered this gift to look within yourself, to trigger, light up, activate what is within you so you can feel what needs to be revisited. It may be just to show you what you have moved beyond and perhaps you offer your wisdom of experience or just listening ear, it may be asking you to check in with yourself, go back in time to the similar/same experience and see what’s sitting there for you. Or maybe it calls you as there is an element of forgiveness, love that you haven’t yet given to yourself around this experience so it can be released.

As was spoken of yesterday (yesterday’s post) did you choose to make time even just five minutes to be with yourself or did you say to yourself, I’m good I don’t have anything to look at, and if you did was it fear, was it the ego, was it busyness that called you to choose otherwise, to be receptive and open to look within and see what the Inner Child wants to bring forth? (read yesterdays post if you haven’t) Avoidance is a big signal to us if we can see it for what it is.

Look for where fear of feeling, fear or fear itself is holding you back, look where fear itself stops you from expanding and moving past repetitiveness and comforting, recycling. See those situations and interactions where you feel fear rise, you feel the energy of it moving through your veins, your heart, rising up into your throat. What is it telling you? Look at the experience, memory, action you are within, is it telling you that you are choosing the same as you always have but is not good for you or aligned any longer, a pattern, a program that you are ready to give up? Has it triggered an old memory? What is it asking of you, awareness to its presence yes. You only truly need fear in those situations that are life threatening and need to escape or do something about otherwise ask it, observe it, go within, make the time and ask the fear what it is connected to. Recognise that you don’t have to fear, fear but use it as the wisdom it is to alert you to something within you. Its asking you to discern am I in danger, and if not then it asks you to sit with it and start to make friends with it, to see, know, feel the gift it offers you and the freedom within it, what is it connected to. It may be from a memory from birth that comes in, it may be from your first day of school, your mother or fathers or caregivers anger, anxiety, their fears. We all have our stories.

We are deep diving and the freedom and the beauty that awaits you from within when you allow yourself to love your fear and let it go is truly beyond words. I have been within this practice deeply myself and the beauty and release it has brought forth from unconscious memories from very young has been truly magical, the insights deep, it has been the letting go of fear that has been everything. It’s like discovering yourself all over again. I wish this for all so I wonder if anyone did take the time to commit to self and honour what they need when they first get out of bed and ask, ‘what do I need to heal today?’ (see the practice in yesterdays messages post).
