There feels a bit of a shaking up occurring, this may present in different ways for you, remember if things outside of you feel they have come to test your patience and ability to hold trust do your best not to sink into old story that may arise but rather keep sinking into the breath and grounding into a peaceful heart as much as possible as there may be the tendency to have a very reactionary response because you feel a little or a lot frayed at the edges. The nervous system may feel a little over loaded.
It feels a turning point so you may be aware that some of the emotional rise feels all too familiar, the way in which you react to, or not, is all the self’s choosing, keep rising and choosing to cancel the mental chatter and the old way of looking at things, recognise it for what it is. Perhaps pattern of sinking into victimhood or feeling worthless or incapable, mindset of why does this always happen to me, or why is this happening to me, recognise you can choose to approach and view things from a different perspective, one that says I am not going to go down that path rather rise up and move through this with trust and knowing that solution, resolution and the answers I need will appear for me. Trusting that you are supported and your belief and faith in this will bring about the best possible outcome for you. We are shifting out of old patterned behaviour responses that have kept us looping and in some ways tied down to rather than recognising our freedom within choice and the space that this creates. Remember the pause, the breath and that sometimes walking away is the right choice, stillness within and within your voice rather than reaction.
Remember its not just the old that is leaving, rising for our attention but the creation of the new within each breath. It’s happening at the same ‘time’ now. Keep your heart open, move, speak, choose from love.
