The unearthing with is occurring so quickly, it may feel at times a lot within you and without you, what is occurring within your experiences, the situations and circumstances that are arising that work to open you to explore where your ‘fear’s still sits. Where we allow ourselves to shrink back into ourselves rather than expand and step into (our) empowerment. All is lovingly guiding us to be more than we believe we can be and what more is possible for us as a way of BEing and living in the world, within ourselves.
For some you may be experiencing the sensation of pressure from within your body, and this may also be showing up as and/or contributing to racing thoughts about your direction, what you actually want for yourself and questions about how, why, what, when, where all the questions which is also creating pressure. The squeezing of what you can’t take with you into this next chapter may feel very tight, for some not so much, for others a lot and on and off and all in between, no part of it is wrong for you. You are doing it and you are moving through it, the process has and will continue to be sped up, as time itself feels sped up and our feeling, perception of time as we know it has changed, the sense that all IS now is becoming felt. No more sweeping things under the rug, things are presenting immediately for us to work with.
It feels important to say without diving into the minute specifics of everything that is occurring within our bodies, all that our bodies are trying to process in the sense of energy on the planet and our own integration and ‘shedding’ is that our nervous systems are doing their best. Do what you can if you feel ‘wired’ to bring it down, to ground your energy. Protein comes in for some, protein in the morning to help your emotional body and to better support you in the day. Lots of old programming coming away or coming up to be looked at, practice of grounding, nurturing the body and trusting that if sleep is light on one day and patchy or heavy the next its fine, if you are feeling intensely within your body do what supports you and do your best to recognise where fear is firing and amplifying or drawing more energy (attention) to what you are feeling and remind yourself that you are safe to feel what you are feeling. Be aware of where you are allowing your energy (attention) to go whether physically in action in your day, what you are saying yes to and engaging within or within thought, what is right for you in the moment and what is not and making choice for yourself here that supports, not adds on. Clearing your field.
Please remember with the deepest love and compassion that anything that comes up that doesn’t feel that great that asks you to look deeper, whether it has been shown to you through another (reflected back to you) or that has revisited you from your past experiences within emotion, thoughts, triggers, when you can feel and allow yourself to be with it rather than react outwards and try to avoid or blind yourself to the presence of what is coming up, your move through it. You allow a deeper layering to be healed; you have to allow yourself to feel it or it will just settle down again to arise another time. The hardest part by far is meeting parts of ourselves we don’t want to see, know, feel, it is however the key to your greater freedom. With absolute love.
You are literally embodying higher light like never before. Your emotional attachment to things that are not of you (others situations, the outer world goings on) is what to keep an eye on as what you allow to leak in can cause disruption within your emotional body, it can make things feel harder than normal, you may find you are more flighty and reactionary, tender, vulnerability to, in your day than normally would be for you when anchored and grounded in your power.
There area lot of old, very old survival beliefs we are not even aware that we carry that are coming up to be released, we don’t need to carry them forwards but it may be tripping deep seated fears about safety and security that can feel ungrounding.
Practice your presence with what is, witnessing and allowing any emotions and sensations as they move through/within/without you rather than sinking like a ship into them. Practice compassion and kindness to yourself and your body within your choices, thoughts and actions.
For some I want to say – have you noticed that you feel within your body and have come within your thoughts a person, place, thing, feel even a sense of agitation within your nervous system without any conscious level reason only to find in a day or so that very person place thing comes into your physical reality in some way. It may come in as a situation that is a little unsettling or that rocks the boat or not it may just be a connection. What you are feeling is the occurrence of it ahead of ‘time’ in your physical reality. See how you radar is getting finer tuned to energy, you feel it before it arrives.
