Shifting out or making change to make space for what you want or for a different form of what you currently have is still actively being spoken of. Making way for the new by changing or creating shifts within the old, old patterns, old routines, old behaviours, old boundaries, old habits what is no longer serving you as a way of beingness, livingness that has/is creating a stuckness, fatigue, resistance or anger even. All goes hand in hand with the mental and physical bodies coming on line with the change within that has already taken place as was spoken about in yesterdays message. The work however is in recognising what no longer fits and doing something about it even if just a little piece/step. Leaning in to trust and drawing on your courage, your Love to make change where the heart is guiding you, the emotions are guiding you, your intuition/knowing is guiding you, your Soul is guiding you to even when the logical mind may not be on board yet.
Recognsing where anger, annoyance, frustration arises as this is the gift being given to guide you to what is still lingering, for example it maybe boundaries need tightening as annoyance rises up because you have said yes yet again to something you don’t want to do just to please someone else. Recognise the trigger, recognise the pattern and open to see the possibility that there is likely belief systems in place that need addressing. Some of this stuff is very, very old pattern of being, doing. Also recognising when outside influences have you scattered or riled up and look to bring in peace and grounding to your system, let it go as best you can for this helps to maintain balance within your being. At present more than even be very aware of what you are connecting to or allowing to seep in, it doesn’t mean being blind to things but being aware of the effects particularly if you are highly empathic which many of you are in here, some you don’t know it, some are awakening to this.
Please trust that exactly where you are in this moment is perfect for you, be aware of the head chatter that may creep up on you in your day that says you should have, could have, should be, could be, that tells you that you should be be-ing, do-ing something else. If you feel in a lull, if you feel that you should be doing something or are walking around in circles all is okay, let go of the criticism firstly it is unhelpful and harmful to you. Can you sit with it, go within, write, just allow to come onto paper what wants to flow through. It may be a drawing, or just individual random words, what is revealed to you, maybe it is just a heart (for yourself that comes through). Ask what do I need to know in this moment?
For Some –
· You have been noticing within your body your connected to the Earths movements/energy, solar, lunar, earth shifts (volcanic etc), this is not your imagination, this comes in also connection to the Collective energy also. Do you notice that you are feeling the shifts ahead of their arrival and if you have been aware of this about yourself do you notice that you may be feeling them even more as you have vibrationally shifted. Grounding, clearing and movement will assist you. Sleep you may notice around these events, solar flares, lunar illuminations, eclipses, earth activity, is light on or non-existent, broken. Support yourself and your systems and cut with any Collective energy that is not yours. Eating protein 30minutes after getting up if you have not slept at all or well (cottage cheese & avocado with flaxseed oil for example) will help support the emotional body as you may be feeling more scattered and sensitive because of the lack of sleep. Hydrate and stretch.
· Finding your voice around those that are closed off to your knowing, way of thinking or viewing the world and beyond in particular, the unseen may have had you feeling isolated and unseen, unheard, not valued or just shut off. Those closest to you family come in here. You have felt for some time that you are not able to be your authentic self. You may start to find the courage amongst the fear to slowly but surely voice some of what you feel or start to drop little things in within your conversations. There is a rise from within the body as it wants to release the fear of being seen, being who you are. Be as best you can be unfazed by others reactions to sharing parts of you that make you feel like you want to shrink back in your shell. Stand tall, if they don’t understand you then so be it we all have different beliefs, however you don’t need to be made to feel rubbished or wrong for being you. Clear and then power up (with Light) your Throat Chakra
