What may be revealing itself to you has been present all along you are now seeing and tuning into, becoming aware of what has been that you couldn’t before. So you may see and feel this around certain people, within certain activities ones that you may have always done or attended, noticing the shifts in not only how you feel, mentally emotionally and physically within certain situations, but also routines, seeing clearer how certain habits have been unhelpful or unserving to your body mind and spirit, noticing through a fresh clearer lens how others have treated you or are, and within that what you now feel adversely to but also such deep joy and lightness with those that you do connect with. So there is this mix of things becoming so clear and being felt. Its bringing such incredible en-light-ening to your being, realisations pinging everywhere. Its bringing a lift of energy but it may also at times feel a washing machine as you move through things, as realisation and the landing of what has been in front of you or the way certain relationships have been or have become move through the emotional body. If there is one thing to remember if things feel a little heavy is that they wont stay that way and you have the power and choice to clear your energy and bring in light-ness to your body, heart, mind. To choose what you are attaching to, discernment of what is not yours and where you may be caught up in the projections of others. Remember if it is one thing we have been healing over the last few years it has been where we don’t support ourselves, feel worthy of receiving, externally seeking, so supporting yourself and nurturing, placing your wellness and discernment of where you want to spend your energy within is in practice. Put it into practice. All at this time has been building us to recognise that we hold so much more and are capable of so much more than we have allowed or given ourselves permission to belief and do, be. Not only that but the power we hold to make change, change in our energy.
For some that need to read it – You may have been uncovering what you have been carrying around for so long hasn’t actually been your story but the voice of fear, of survival and when that starts to reveal itself it can feel like your whole world is crumbling, as the walls come down and you question everything about yourself and what you thought you knew, who you thought you were there is an incredible release that may feel crippling. If you are experiencing any part of this, in small revelations or large it may feel that you wont get through it but you will, dearest heart you will. The dismantling is the hardest part but know it will soften, it will ease, it will. Go gently with yourself, one step at a time, nurture and LOVE yourself like never before as you are rebirthed, not as someone new but as the you you always have been before the story/s attached.
Feel, breathe in the magic that is ever present, the incredible beauty in the little things, the interactions, the serendipitous moments. If you feel that you are being taken back or feel you are going back into feelings, memories, experiences that you don’t want, see how you can move differently, in action, in choice and in perception and wisdom now that changes everything. See what is being revealed to you but also how you can in that moment choose how you want it to go for you. Some of what arises asks no-thing of you other than for you to observe not react (as you once may have), to soften not close off or harden, to be present but not submerged. You can feel the process of letting go in motion and its beautiful, its freeing and its creating space and inviting in the new.
