The light held within this Code does not come with description in human word form for it transcends that, it comes calling across all time (now) as reminder of your sacredness, your connectedness to All. It is expansion, activation through the heart, the third eye, the throat. You may feel it moving within other parts of your body as it awakens you to more as it lights from within, to know yourself more deeply as Soul, as Light, as a being of All, Creator/Creation itself. For some it will bring about a deep unlocking and activation, a clearing through the bodies. I don’t share all information that comes in with it deliberately for this then limits within your logical and subconscious minds understand what its light is capable of doing/being for you, you block yourself off from more and it is expansiveness itself so it is to be as open as possible and limitless possibility which it is.
This one comes with the message (and limited message so as to keep the stream of what it is bringing in as clear and open as it can be received by you as an individual light) that it is pulling out and dissolving the ‘shrapnel’. The places where you have felt ‘at war with’ self, others, where you have carried/still carry scar, scar tissue, where you have been cut, cut down, wounded. This one is working across all lifetimes. Instructions as to its use is to breathe in and out deeply whilst gazing at it. I would suggest ten breaths. You can come back to this Code again. On the outbreath (in through the nose out through the mouth) you are releasing. Make your breath intentional, long and deep, feel the release. This may bring up over the next day or so fatigue, emotions may run deeply know this is all a part of your release.For some, this is also about bringing your energy back in to self you may be unconsciously holding space/energy in other lifetimes and other points in ‘time’ as well as here in this incarnation present.

Using your Light Code Activation
Start by closing your eyes…
Take a long deep breath inwards and try to completely fill your lungs. Holding your breath here for a few seconds (if comfortable to do so) before slowly exhaling long and deep, clearing all the air from your lungs.
Repeat the breathing a few times.
Feel yourself coming into centre within the body and when you feel ready, gently open your eyes.
Allow them to rest lightly on the image of the Code. Allow your eyes to scan over the patterns, shapes and colours. Don’t try to analyse or translate what you see, just observe and be like a sponge, soaking up the encoded frequencies.
Repeat this process as often as you like for as long as you feel drawn to.
