A Journey Into the Heart through Light Frequency Coding
Welcome Dear Heart to your journey of connection to your Heart, to (your) Love. For you Dearest Heart are Love at your very core, your essence is Love as you were created from and are a part of the unconditional Love of Source Light, the Divine, so Love is always available, accessible, and ever-present with/within you in any moment.
These Light Codes first made themselves know as there has been for quite some time now the message to go within, to rest within the heart space, especially within these times that feel for many so sped up and fast moving. Many have felt that they have been within a continuous experience of learning, healing, integration, repeat, repeat. Within the busyness, the ‘business’ of life, and what each of us as individual unique Souls are given and/or choosing (free-will choice) as our experiences to grow and evolve from, it can feel a lot as we have been working deeply within the shadow aspects of self and navigating the triggers that arise that are indeed gifts that support our growth, although at times feel farthest from it.
Coming back to reconnect with the Love that we are and to find a place of peacefulness within, to centre, to reset and to be present, to be within presence in the body, within the self, within Love, assists us greatly when things feel within (or without) heightened or overwhelming.
This Journey has been especially created to be so very safe and supportive for those that do not find the space of the heart to be a comfortable place to be, or that have closed down or shut themselves off from love, of self, others, their Higher Power as result of experiences that have been painful, as the heart also holds shadow. This process is one that is gentle as you journey yet nonetheless a powerful one in its process.
The Journey into the Heart works with three specific Light Codes, each one having their own individual Audio. The way this practice has been set up means that it can be revisited time and time again as a whole journey, or as three individual stand alone practices. For example you may feel to revisit Code 1 to bring in a safe and supportive Light Cocoon and work within your Chakra Centres. Or you may feel to revisit Code 2 to clear and release from the Emotional Body. Or you may feel drawn to revisit Code 3 to rest within the Heart Space and just be present with Love.
THE THREE LIGHT CODES AND THREE AUDIOS
Code 1 – Creating your Cocoon with support from Lady Nada and the Angelic Realm
We create with the loving support of Lady Nada and the Angelic Realm, a safe and deeply grounded space, a solid yet soft cocoon that allows us to come into greater trust, into peace which is where we want to start our journey into the heart. Our Cocoon is created at the Soul Star Chakra as we light candle flames of light within each chakra point and set intention to clear and release, as we also bring in supportive energy to each centre. We then anchor our Cocoon within the Earth Star Chakra. The mental, emotional and physical bodies are supported as we move into the Emotional Body within Code 2. This practice can also be used as its own stand alone practice outside of the whole Journey.
Code 2 – Entering into and Clearing the Emotional Body
We journey into the Emotional Body knowing we have our safe and supportive cocoon around us and we are also supported again with Lady Nada, and with this one Archangel Raphael also steps forth. We go in and clear fear, attachments to old stories, we also clear anything that sits outside of self, emotions that are not our responsibility to hold or attach to. We clear any blockages to flow and anything that sits in overwhelm or that is connected to particularly betrayal, rejection and loss. This practice can also be used as its own stand alone practice outside of the whole Journey.
** An additional 4th Light Code – ‘Releasing from Within the Body Tissue’ came through in November 2025 asking to work alongside the Emotional Body Code and audio. It purpose is to work with all tissue within the body, whether its role is a function, movement, a shield/protection, separator or connector,
as old patterned (and this includes not only this lifetime alone) thoughts and fears, feelings
and emotions can get stored and stuck within the tissue. It may also be working within the
tendons, the bones, the lining of organs or nerves, the cells, including any scar tissue. T
Code 3 – Entering the Heart Space – Connection to Love, to Self
We journey into the heart with the loving support of Lady Nada and the Divine Mother. We have cleared the emotional body of what has been ready to be worked with and let go of, and we are still supported and safe within our Cocoon as we now enter the heart, enter love, our love. We take time to sit within the heart space a while and just BE. This practice can also be used as its own stand alone practice outside of the whole Journey.

The Cocoon This felt like an Awakening, a sort of opening up but not expanding out rather opening inward lighting each chakra felt brighter and warmer while also sinking in deeper as if grounding further into the Earth and Divine. The creation of the cocoon was such a beautiful warmth that extended out just enough and stayed close, the security and safety. Lady Nada appeared in front and placed her hands over my heart space for me, she enveloped me. The flower that appeared was a Dahlia that slid right into the heart space.
When I proceeded to the second Code, the Emotional Body right from the start I felt little tingles all throughout the body. It was like the little energy dots within the code or mimicking within my body. I could still feel the cocoon present. So when it was time for the affirmation, I knew I was safe. Speaking the words felt like it was activating the emotions. Getting things ready. During the breathing, it felt like we had boarded the train and now it was starting to pick up speed. We were activating. During the silence, I felt the tingles again. It felt like the emotions that were ready to let go were moving from a deep level of the body higher to an outer level. As this was moving, tears were flowing, and I was yawning a few times. By the end, it felt like the electricity was turned off, and there was complete stillness. A serenity. Coolness.
