Just Allow with an Open Heart

A reminder that all stems from within you, if you don’t feel peaceful seek to do what will bring you peace within, if you don’t feel love seek to do what brings love within. Remember your sacred practices that nurture your being, that slow the mind, that bring peace to the body and heart.

It may feel really difficult at the moment for many as we are receiving such intense Light/frequencies that it for some may very much feel something is wrong, things feel very fast and chaotic, but you may not even be able to pinpoint exactly what or be able to match the sensation/feeling/emotion to an event or cause. We as the humans we are with a personality and ego tend to when things feel strange or uncomfortable immediately want to fix it, control it, change it, we fear it. Again this very much feels that so many of us are experiencing what feels like a strange void space, a space that we are being asked to ‘go with’ as best we can and allow as we continue to disentangle ourselves from limiting beliefs and patterns. There is much change within the body occurring and this can feel a little or a lot uncomfortable it being a dense vessel of bone and organs, blood that is trying to work with and process the energies, the Light incoming as we go through this shift in consciousness.

Again its really important that no matter where you are and what you may be feeling from one moment to the next that you remember and continue to remind yourself that all is okay. Stay hydrated, rest where you can, if your ‘normal’ pace feels slowed down then go with it where possible, try not to fight or resist what wants to be. You will come through the other side. There is nothing wrong although your head may tell you that there is. Whatever is coming up for you within experience that feels recurring, you have been here before same situations or themes arising, see that it comes back around for you to dive in deeper and provides you opportunity to complete more of the Souls learning available here for you. ALL propels your forwards.

Continue to hold your heart open and hold love. Anchor and ground.
