Choices, Changes

Take a pause, a breath even just for a moment before you choose, choose to react, speak, agree or disagree, before you choose to engage. Does this feel right, does my heart feel connected here, how does my body feel about this. Do you need to politely say I will get back to you to allow yourself space to decide what is best for you before saying yes, or no. Mindfulness of what you are allowing yourself to be involved, be engaged within, what you are creating for yourself at this time. Is the answer or the reaction coming from fear or love, is it old programming that you say yes before you have even realised it? Or is it a yes that feels peaceful and right within your being? Does it feel balanced?

You wanted better for yourself, you wanted to be more supportive and loving of yourself so dear heart continue to make choices that support this and that attracts more of this as you let go of the old ways, as you strip back and peel away you continue to uncover your magic little by little you shine brighter, you shine brighter as you continue to lift what has separated you from truly knowing yourself as a divine being. This is how you turn the human experience into the divine human experience. Ever little choice, thought, action, holds power, the power to create for you so just hold that in your heart and take a moment to pause and feel, what am I creating here? For the smallest of choices from love can lead to the biggest of breakthroughs.

For those that this message is to reach ~ Some choices may not be easy ones to make but you know deep within your heart, your Soul that you need to for you have been receiving the whispers, the gentle nudges, the signs through recurring experiences/situations, and now possibly the inner unsettling is loud even chaotic, you feel scattered, ungrounded. It’s okay to feel shaky to feel unsure, its okay for not everyone to agree with you or even like you, but it is everything that you not only like but love yourself and that means doing what is right for you, not another, you. Noone needs to understand it and it may be hard for those closet to you to see you change, to see you stand in your power, to actually put yourself first as you have always put yourself at the back of the line. They will get used to it, or not, for you cannot live for another you have to live for yourself, to continue to learn to love yourself, all unfolds and flows from this space. Keep choosing you dear heart it may not feel easy but it will get easier and you will thrive, you are thriving now you just don’t feel you are, that is your human perception for Soul sees it very differently.

See the spark of light within you glowing and expanding, see it like a diamond in the sunlight radiating through your entire being, all around you, fill yourself up, allow yourself to be luminous and allow light to touch everything you do.
