We are being guided to do things differently, to really see where we have held ourselves back or avoided stepping into newness and take the leap. If it is right/heart aligned it may still feel scary, it may still bring up fears but it will be supported and it will shift move and come about with ease what you are so very ready to immerse yourself within. Creativity is being sparked, the want for more joyfulness and play in life, its not supposed to be all serious and weighed down and if it feels this way can you have a look where you may still be attaching to old routines and patterns of thought and belief that say things ‘have to be a certain way’, that things ‘have to be done in a certain way’, that ‘you’ have to be a certain way or appear to be a certain way to fit in to society, family, your old program stories. Soul wants you to spread your wings, to be all you can be, to be without the weight of restriction, control, manipulation, conditioning and fear. This is what you are continuing to work on dissolving. This is your freedom dear heart.
This is not about jumping in and throwing caution to the wind so to speak but rather to direct your actions in a way that feels right and heart aligned. Many of us are feeling and noticing our ‘change’, that has been taking place over the last few months alone and we are seeing more of this process now through our thoughts, actions and voice, we are becoming consciously ‘aware’ of our change that we are walking within a different version of self.
It may have become really clear to you and you have likely been getting the nudges but been ignoring it or delaying, around that which is not really you anymore, whatever than may be in your life, a certain way you react to your partner, your mother, your child, a creative project that you no longer feel really connected to anymore, boundaries within certain relationships need changing to honour your new found voice and power. Do these things fit with who you are now? Perhaps some things that have been working for you don’t have the same spark they once did but you continue to have them in your life because they fill a space or they ‘kinda’ work still, have you been missing the call of a new direction perhaps? Your frequency has shifted. Where does your head, your thoughts sit, where is confusion present, the little battle of to and fro or indecisiveness, whatever it is around take time to feel into this and see where you sit with it now, it means getting really honest with how you truly feel whether person, situation, project or other. What is occurring is the continual pull to align the inner and the outer. As you shift and change that which in your world that is not of aligned frequency will rattle as it seeks to either be brought into alignment where possible with who you are now, or be let go of. It either fits, can be changed to fit or it doesn’t.
Be aware of what occupies your mind, is it filled with story and perhaps others or is it peaceful. What keeps knocking and interpreting your nature state of peace and love. Remember what comes up from within draws your attention to what is ready to be actioned on whether that be further opportunity to heal, to resolve, to release and let go of, to find peace within, to detach from to make space for your new to be present.
Keep listening to your inner voice, keep listening to the whispers that are often missed within busyness and a filled mind, make time to come back within to your centre. There is a lot being revealed and you may feel the excitement building from within as you become aware of just how much you have moved through this year and just how much you have shifted, lightened and released. It does not matter if you haven’t felt you have been able to action everything, or have made the changes you know you want to, resolved everything, the fact is you are aware and awareness is the first step, all in its right time remember, works in progress, there are many moving parts so keep making good choices for yourself, that support you and the direction you want to head, see the glass as half full not half empty, see the beauty within yourself and your life not that which you feel you lack. Look for the beauty and you will be shown the beauty present everywhere, look for the weeds and you will see more weeds. What are you feeding yourself, what are you choosing, choose today to love, yourself, others and All, go peacefully with a peaceful heart and watch that move and shift everything within your day. You are a powerful creator of your reality.
