Todays Messages with Love

This year will be one that really asks us to be even more aware of the power of our thoughts, words, actions to shape and create our realities. The power of stillness, of returning to centre and balance, zero point within ourselves again and again within our day when we recognise that we are not present or if we have been taken away and wrapped up in that which is occurring outside of our control, our responsibility ourselves. Awareness to where our energy is and what shape it is in, what we are allowing for ourselves and the power we hold to bring it back to centre. It is ALL about realisation and understanding of the power we hold to create, that all is energy and our words spoken have powerful effect, our beliefs, we are shaping our moments. We know all of this and our understanding and seeing it in-motion has heightening and this year feels one that we are going to be given opportunity to come into mastery of this, last year very much was one of clearing out, diving deep, this year feels more of mastering all that we have learned from the last few years and walking the walk, this year feels important in our evolutionary journey. Taking the power back bringing it back to self rather than blaming outside circumstance for our inner emotional state, seeing our inner emotional state is our creation and our power to change and work with it. Choice, Intention.

(Our) Choice/s and Intention/s feel big this month as we set ourselves up to head into February and the further kicking in of the 2024 years energies. Work with the Choice and Intention Codes if you have them (they are now available on the website individually or as a complete set) this is not a ‘sales-pitch’ as the Codes obviously come through to be created when they are going to be helpful tools for many as they are this year and beyond. The setting of intention, what is held within your heart is supported at this time being we are within the New Moon energies, what you place your energy into, your thoughts, actions is being given a loving supportive nudge or it may feel a push. What are you ready to start setting up, what are you ready to commit to for yourself, your business, your relationship? Your goals, your dreams, your desires are calling you and we are so very supported by this wave of Light at present to dream big, be bold. If you think you can’t, you can, if you think oh no that’s not possible for me, it is. Your awareness to your self-talk and its power to reinforce old limiting beliefs. Revisit your beliefs that tell you different, the little voice that tells you that you aren’t worthy or able. Work with the Rewriting Limiting Beliefs Code and Audio, reaffirm and rewrite, it is not a one off use Code as there are always layers and levels to beliefs. A lot of old beliefs are coming away for you are done with them, you have done the work to recognise and chose different for yourself, there is a lot of completion here for many, hooray! Celebrate you!

Remember to try to see things that arise no matter the form they come, emotion, thought, memory, experience, as all working FOR you not against you. Be aware of what is being presented to be ‘tidied up’, completed, resolved, spoken, let go of, forgiven, it arises for your attention so you can deal with it, you get to choose how is best for you, that is your work, find the way of peace, of love, of compassion, but importantly the way of truth and integrity that honours you, your heart and your boundaries and takes steps towards resolution, change or completion of what may likely be recurring themes. Try your best not to sink into feeling that this is more of the same or that to call it victim mindset, be aware of how that further creates for you. Remind yourself to see the gift, the gift of insight that it simply does not want to be carried forth anymore and you don’t have to carry it forth anymore into this year. Tidy up what you can for there is powerful energies at play and that are going to be streaming in this year and they are all about taking us further, recognising the power to create we hold within our magical beings and stepping out of the shadows, removing the veils. The power and rise of the sovereign being, of heart consciousness.
