Encouragement
Today’s message came in with a word ‘encouragement’, for this Earth experience is different for each, change is our one constant and with so much change present on the planet and occurring within us as we have all being doing the work to clear and shift out of old timelines, opportunity has arisen to clear karmic ties and ancestral patterning, deep trauma, and our perception shifting out of a separation mindset to one of love, trust and greater power we all hold to create, it is not an easy journey at times, far from it. It can feel overwhelming it can feel to the ‘feelers’ the empaths too much at times, the Souls journey chosen challenging, the intensity of the energies we have been within are changing the physical bodies structures from deep within and this can feel exhausting, confusing amongst other things as it adjusts. But do you know what? You are able, capable, courageous, powerful, and you are encouraged supported and wrapped within the wings of the Angels, Archangels, loved ones, Light teams, the Divine Source of all that is the ultimate ever-present Love, you are not alone on this journey, lean into it, lean into all of it.
Things have felt sped up as time as we know it to be feels different as if the space you are inhabiting feels different, it is, you are, for no matter how you humanly perceive your life or how you feel in a moment, struggling or euphoric you are evolving, growing in all ways, you are forever encouraged and supported. All is well, all is working to a higher plan one which may not be evident in any way to you as what can appear to be chaos plays out on the world stage. Your part you play here is to do you to the best of your ability and allow yourself the grace to be human, allow yourself to feel, allow yourself to express, be you be authentically you unapologetically from a space of love, hold love within your heart, find that spark that seed of light of love that you are and allow it to shine as best you can and in doing so when you feel able from one day to the next you DO play a powerful role, one that does have effect.
It may not feel an easy journey but you are encouraged, you are supported and you are reminded that you are not what is outside of you, not your stories, not your past, not your feelings. Remember your power to choose and to create for yourself and the part your energy plays in the Divine plan of All things. When you need to come back to you, to love, to centre, place your left hand on your heart, close your eyes and go within, locate that spark of light and breathe with it, see it pulsate and glow and with each breath see it expand, feel its warmth envelop you and remind you all is well. Take three deep long grounding breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth and let it all go. Smile dear heart let the tears fall if you need to release, you got this. All IS well.
“You ARE shifting into a new way of Being Dear Ones and we ‘encourage you’ to remember this, all-things including you are moving into greater alignment with higher timelines. Your bodies are becoming light-er and thus sensitivity to energetic movements for many may feel exaggerated and at times compressed. All is well. Take care of your physical vessel as it transmutes and transitions, allow time for all to settle, you are so much more capable and resilient that you believe yourselves to be. We stand with you.”
