February Arrives
Remember it takes time to adjust, to adjust to being comfortable to saying no, to adjust to putting a new practice of health in place so it becomes your new, its takes many things, your resolve to do better or to choose better for yourself is the start, then it takes time to put into practice and rewrite that which has been a long conditioned belief system, story, behaviour, reaction to trigger due to trauma or other experience. Be patient with yourself when you feel you didn’t get it right, or you are judging yourself or life to be wrong, not good due to your feelings, all is perfect you ARE shifting and changing so much, allow (again the message) yourself the grace to be human, you are already perfect in your (perceived) moments of imperfection. Lighten up on yourself, let the energy you feel build within you go to release on the breath as you continue to walk your pathway. All is and will be well.
Our awareness to how the Divine, Source is guiding our intentions is the message for us as we enter February. Be aware of the signs, notice the synchronicities occurring, (myself I have had lot of 1:11, 11:11, 222) that guide you that you are indeed on the right path, be present with yourself and all you are choosing to engage within as there is a lot of dismantling and disentangling going on within and outside of you on the world stage, this is a part of what many may be feeling as a little or a lot of disorientation, or a weirdness, we are within a shift that is seeing the breaking down of the old as we continue to work to build our new and stabilise within a new higher frequency, as we leave behind a lot of the old programs and beliefs it is being ‘felt’. Again all is well, nothing is wrong. You may be questioning everything, feel unsure of what once felt so sure and right to you, especially around your purpose in life, let it settle, ride it out, allow all to anchor within you will find your balance and your feeling of stability and surety again soon. Look after yourself as the nervous system is being highlighted at this time. Allow your emotions to be present if and as they arise, go within and connect with your heart that is always connected to the Divine Source of All, to love in its infinite nature.
You are shifting, releasing and rising up, see any triggers or what is perceived as a negative that may arise for your attention as the gifts they are, observe, choose different as best you can, go peacefully, go gently as all is revealed to you that is ready to be transmuted and given opportunity to be released. You are becoming, you continue to emerge. Make your choices from your place of power which is in your present (presence) moment. You are remembering who you are, integrating all of your experiences through a higher cosmic perspective. Keep shining your light as you continue your transformation into your future self the light you are receiving now is changing you at a cellular level, continue to give to and nurture your physical body as it processes through these waves of high frequency light.
