Todays Messages with Love

This message wanted to be present first before the message for today below it – Let go of who you think someone else should be, what you feel they should be doing, saying, how you feel they should or shouldn’t have acted. Let your expectations go, release yourself and them (another/others). Open your heart and see with compassion. Honour who you are and respect who another is and where they are at just as you would ask another to for you.  Allow them their process, allow you your process.

Keep finding moments in your day to check in with yourself, how are you feeling, where is your minds thoughts what is their focus what are they cycling around. Take a few moments to hands on your heart close your eyes and find the point of stillness within you, breathe in and out of this point, slowly, long breathes, allowing your body to relax and let go. Bring it all back to centre, bring yourself back to being present and still even if just for a moment. Open to love, open to receive the stream of love that is flowing through and within your heart space, smile and know you are always and in all ways supported, loved and witnessed.

Quiet the mind and within stillness ask of the subconscious mind what it is you need to for all the answers are already within you, all the higher wisdom and information you seek is already accessible and present when you allow the conscious mind to take a back seat and allow the allow the true nature of who you are, the powerful infinite love filled being you are to shine forth.
