Keep Opening
Keep opening to the light that filters through your heart that fills every cell of your being, the light that reminds you that you are beauty, love, joy, lightness as you continue to allow the detachment and detangling of any-thing that is less than love, that is mistruth, that has prevented you from knowing, seeing and being the magnificence that you are in all ways. The journey to return to truth continues, keep opening to the truth of who you are, all is within, ALL is within you, enter through the portal of the heart and remember your connection to all things, to Source. May your mind detach from overthinking, over analysing, over judging, over comparing, keep coming back to the truth that you are everything and everything is you, a part of love, see the beauty present within and around you in the smallest of things and you will be shown more of the same.
Keep allowing your truth to expand, to shift and evolve, be open to new possibilities and new truths being shown to you, about yourself and the world around you as density shifts and greater insight and mistruths are exposed. Continue to hold patience with the journey and your personal feelings that may tell you that you aren’t doing it right or healing is taking too long or not seeming to occur at all. The process is designed to be done in stages, layers, for to rip out and reprogram every belief and trauma, story, mistruth at once would be too much for the physical body the emotional and mental bodies and energy body to cope with, it is done in layers for reason remind yourself of this when you find you are feeling frustrated or impatient. There is method and purpose to all there has to be time to allow for processing and integration, experiences that then come to offer opportunity to put our new found healing into walking/waking practice. Know all is perfect for you it is the mind the ego the personality that will judge it, hold to faith and trust that all is indeed right and moving you ever forwards. When you find the mind is too caught up in the negative or judgment of where you are, go within, go within to bring the head into alignment with the heart and connect back to Source the light present within you that brings you back to trust and truth.
There is greater clarity and light bulb moments coming in where you are able to see a situation, person, experience, self-reflective moment from a different or higher perspective. The light has literally been turned on and you are now able to see and feel the possibility and potential to move forwards, what is now a perhaps new path opening in front of you that is created through you and your changing perspective.
