Todays Messages with Love

What you have told yourself is not possible is possible, how far and wide you believe yourself to be able to reach and extend is indeed flexible, the box of possibilities that you have placed yourself in is ready to have the walls pushed out and removed so you may come to know yourself as the limitless being you are. You can only go as far as your current beliefs. Where are you holding yourself back from daring to believe that what you wish for what you dream for yourself is possible. Open, open your mind, your imagination and allow yourself to dream for it is through your intentions and your thoughts that create and draw to you the encounters, the opportunities, remembering you also have to act when called, push through with trust the old beliefs and fears as it won’t just land in your lap, the Universe responds from your energetic output and gains momentum that brings into being, creation calls.

It feels that there are those at this time that are feeling within or aware of a sense of stuckness or disconnection which can bring rise to frustration and irritation, a sense of dissatisfaction with life and brings rise to annoyances towards others over little things. You are not stuck it is the unknown the uncertainty about your future and your direction and who you are now that can leave you feeling a little lost and separated from yourself and your life. All is well there is change on the horizon as new energies are coming onto the planet as the 2024 year truly gets underway.

We continue to learn how to better allow and navigate our emotions and what feels to the human aspects of self the ups and downs within ourselves, the higher vibe emotions and the lower denser ones it fluctuates with life, and it feels that the heavier and more uncomfortable ones can feel they shut you off or close you off to the ever-present joy, the fullness of your life. When we experience or feel the uncomfortable and harder emotions arise, what ‘feels’ out of (our) control, our fear of getting hurt or experiencing emotions that feel painful as they bring us back to remembering times past that felt similar, recall painful experiences we can tend to shut ourselves off, shut down. No thing is wrong allow, let them flow, be within it in all its uncomfortableness, some of us are being put on pause it feels like, for some this is a time of emotional release, some a needed space to regroup and just be which can feel wobbly but keep sinking into trust all is perfect here, and some needed awareness to what isn’t working what is still being dragged along that you no longer need, change calls.

No matter what or where you feel you are within this if at all, do what supports you, go gently, break the cycle of ‘something is wrong’ and move your body, go within for all you seek is within you, for the love and the ever present support when you connect within your heart and reconnect with the Light of All erases that sense of separation reconnects you to trust, knowing all is well, insight and information, peace. If the energies within you, the emotions are too present for you move your body, use the breath you can shift energy through you that brings release. You are always connected to joy, love and peace just as you are able to allow yourself to be immersed in sorrow and grief. NO thing is wrong you are never disconnected it may just feel that way for a moment in time. Reconnect, go within and listen, ask. We are heading into newness and as always with this what is old, what is really not serving you in any way that you still keep dragging with you comes calling. All serves to bring your awareness to the greater freedom and peace possible for yourself. Allow what you feel to be without judgement, observe and work to bring in balance and recentre yourself.

The Equinox energies can feel a little destabilizing for some, so it can be a mix of things that you may be feeling right now. Remember what you focus on you amplify and hold with you, be at peace with it and you feel greater peace within. There is a sense of there being a sort of holding or preparation space occurring as many are preparing to go through physical and energetic upgrades.
