Go Deeper the Heart Whispers – A little Long :)

We are being called to go deep, to go deep within, to feel, to be present within the heart, to allow ourselves to be in the presence of love which is always present. We are called to reconnect to our love particularly if you are finding this time a little hard whether that be through rising emotion, memory and body recall of past traumas, current circumstances and experiences within your own life journey, or whether you are feeling but aren’t really even sure what or why you are. Reconnect with love as your old (outdated beliefs, thought patterns, stories, timelines, karma amongst others) seeks acknowledgement (witness, feel), love, and release. All is well dearest hearts continue to let love lead you, to let love be your guide, to allow love to be your light in what you may feel to be the dark, take a deep breath and let your body release and relax what it is holding, let the tension relax from your jaw, let your shoulders droop, breathe deeply and come back within to rest in the embrace of love always present within your heart. See the light within your heart space shine brighter and pulsate as you acknowledge it, see it expand as you smile as you embrace yourself, feel, feel, feel me it whispers, feel my love present even if just for a moment, you can return here again and again so we can be better acquainted. Do you see, feel, sense when you allow yourself to open and acknowledge my presence my light, my love is warm, comforting like a blanket wrapped around you, it has no real description for it is indescribable, it is All it is all things it is every-thing. Allow my love to remind you who you are outside of your human skin, human circumstances, human illusions, outside all that is external. For when you reconnect to the love that you are yes even just for a moment in time (now) you are reminding yourself you are All, the Divine is always with you within you, you are not alone, it is your power that scares you the possibility that you could be incredible beyond your wildest imaginable ideas, not your fears, it is the power of your Light of your Love that calls you to go within so you may come to know even for just a moment, a moment at a time how magical you are.

What you are all experiencing at this time is transformation on a grand scale and we cannot speak to describe what this may be for you for all is different. Your journey this year alone has brought many to realisation that you have to be true to you, TRUTH has been calling in all ways through all Earth. The letting go of the old ways that were not serving the self but were harmful to the self became so apparent that they rattled and shook many foundations for they were not sustainable any longer and we have all been working within, the inner work has been unescapable and we continue to work to create from and form better supportive structures, bringing our new found realisations and beliefs, truths into waking walking practice in our lives. And this takes time as we adjust and come to settle in the newer versions of self we have birthed, it takes time as we practice for example saying no, not seeking others validation or approval by trusting our own knowing, choosing better for the self and the physical body. The more we have been honest with ourselves and truthfully been open to seeing the part we do play in each relationship, situation with others and self, as we have been more open to taking greater responsibility and accountable instead of say a reactionary and blaming or judgemental approach to circumstances, emotions we are opening to walking the path as our authentic selves.

Some may feel that they are within a form of holding space or void space all is well this space is so very important, it may find you feeling a little restless or frustrated at times as things ‘seemingly’ are not happening or unfolding as fast as you want, but they most certainly are this space is the preparation space the integration space after upgrades and shifts have occurred and it is most usually followed by new plans and pathways opening. As said this is a massive time and it may not feel comfortable to some but remember don’t compare yourself, your emotions, your experience or any part of you to another this is your unique journey and it is in no part wrong.

Continue to set forth your hearts intentions, keep choosing you and what is best for you and keep your heart and your thoughts as focused on the beautiful newness and creations that ARE present, you may not feel them or see them yet but trust they are there. You may have a whisper of such that catches you by surprise sometimes, a knowing, a feeling, a flicker. Your thoughts as we are always reminded are powerful in the creation of our reality, we have to feel what we need to yes but at the same time be aware of how you are choosing to be within those feeling experiences that may be hard or uncomfortable, are you allowing and making space for yourself to just be however you are or are you engaging within what is arising that may be connected with anger, fear, blame and thus keeping and amplifying lower energies? We all do our best so above all don’t be hard on yourself LOVE YOU, love you in your messiness, love you in your joyfulness, love you enough to be aware of your judgments about yourself and how your life may be and go within, reconnect with the heart which is always connected eternally to the Divine Source of All unconditional Love, feel its embrace, let love in, let love heal, let love help you to release what you don’t need to carry anymore dearest heart.

You are beyond incredible, you are magnificent, is it time you allowed yourself to love yourself, yes open further go deeper the heart whispers, come closer everything you need is here for you, I will wait for you.
