Todays Messages with Love

What and where calls for more change, adjustment or alignment to be brought in to support overall balance in your life/lifestyle? Are you listening to your heart as it calls for either more or less of something, someone, routine or habit. What do you need to fill up on more that is supportive nurturing and light and what do you really need less of, others responsibilities, gossip, negative influences. There feels a distinct energy of fire running through many at this time and not necessarily in a sense of putting it to good use within action and passion, but rather negative, fear based projections even outbursts as some are struggling with making change or seeing the reality of what their lives are, where they are and the overwhelm of what they are having rise up from within that has sat within shadow for so long. Stay out of it, remain neutral and stay in your own beautiful light.

Know you are so very supported in your endeavours so keep taking steps towards your dreams, recognise where fear and doubt, sabotaging negative self-critical judgement arises and cancel it out. Many may feel times of overload with mental chatter, it may become loud, recognise it and take a breath, keep your eyes and your heart firmly on your dreams no matter what they are in this moment, perhaps it is just a moment of peace, a day of being not doing, or it’s a major creative project you are in the process of creating. If the negative talk gets too loud take time to recentre, reset and just breathe, come back to rest in your own inner Light and the Light of the Divine Heart as the outside world may feel full. Others may be vocal of their perspectives and its okay if they don’t feel, think or see things as you do, it’s not your concern. Remain neutral and hold your peace, light and love. It’s not saying you have to condone or tolerate bad behaviour, choose wisely whether to stand in your power and express your truth, you know sometimes it’s just gotta be done, stay quiet (neutral and observant/aware) or walk away.

We continue to be guided to what is unfurling within us and what is being illuminated that we have either not wanted to see, pushed down or actually been completely blinded to that arises for our own beautiful transformation. And at the same time we are opening to discover more of who we are, new gifts coming on line, greater awareness to our individual light, power, courage and intuitive sense. Our channels are opening and more and more is being revealed to us as the veils are peeled back and our sense and knowing of our interconnectedness is being discovered for some and/or felt more deeply within the heart, body, mind for others. Connection itself is deepening, connection with self, with others, with the Earth and All.

The need to be in tune with and connected to our physical body and our physical body health which has been highlighted particularly this year, as a way to be more anchored and grounded, more stable, more so for those that are energy sensitives or empaths, as we receive and continue to such high frequency light and energies through both solar and lunar activities. The message here is you are your best guide and leader, take charge and care of what you need to and what you have been guided to for a while with respect to your physical body aliments, the body has been speaking to you. Do what needs to be done to maintain a strong and healthy physical vessel and use the sacred practices that support and strengthen you, breath, movement as well as clearing practices.

If you need to hear it – Trust that the recent changes that have been occurring, the doors that have been closing or have shut, the paths that have pivoted ARE leading you to better, the path you walk has been necessary, and all that you are feeling, mentally and emotionally has been the needed journey and unravelling within necessary as a part of these changes. It may feel a little heavy if you are walking this transition from ending to beginning as the beginning is not yet fully embodied and seen, or in any way clear for some as there is still emotional and mental clearing taking place, this is a necessary part of releasing the old, the old path. It’s important to not judge or compare how you are feeling or what you are going through to another, this is your personal unique journey. Reach out for support and allow others to support you, open to receive which may be a new concept, it may feel a vulnerable space but this in itself is a part of the change and unravelling of the old ways of shutting yourself off or masking. Compassion and kindness, gentleness softness are called for as you process. As these emotions process and move through you know all is bringing you into loving alignment within yourself and flow with the greater path and Souls divine plan ahead.
