Judgement

Where are you continuing to judge yourself as not enough, not good enough, not successful enough, not attractive enough, not worthy enough, not intelligent enough, the list goes on. We can be our harshest critics as well as allowing these mistruths to be built upon by taking on others opinions of us and what we perceive or believe others to think about us as out truth that stems from our own core wounding’s.

“YOU ARE ENOUGH, Beloved you are able to open your heart, your compassion, your love to others but dearest heart we ask you to open your heart to yourself first. Be the gift you are to others, to the Earth, to All, to the Divine, to yourself. You don’t have to compare yourself with others, it is not a race this Earth walk journey for truly that which is of the material does not matter what matters is what you believe yourself to be, how you treat yourself within your inner most thoughts. We see all (aspects/parts) of you, we see no such thing as imperfection for you were created within perfection itself, you are never removed from this. We wish no-thing more than for you to know yourself as we do. Inner judgement only serves to amplify the presence of any limiting belief you hold about yourself. Allow the soft embrace of love to dissolve that which is negative and harmful to you. For in each and every moment you hold the power to choose to spiral the negative or limiting or see through to the truth that you are not lacking or limited in any way, you never have been no matter the experiences, situations and circumstances that are now past or even currently being traversed, all is experience for your growth, for your expansion, for your continuous empowerment.”

We get the gift of choice in every moment, stop within your day, many times a day and check in with yourself, what are you creating, what are you recycling and where is it coming from, fear or love, limitation or expansion. It continues to be a very important time in all of our evolution for we came to stop the cycles, to rewrite the old beliefs, to disconnect from the limiting stories and choose to see, know and act beyond what we have known to be who we are, who we think we are, who we believe ourselves to be and what we have believed to be possible for us as a human, a divine human walking our earth journey.

Be aware of judgement of yourself or others, watch it, listen to it, feel it, observe your emotions, feelings thoughts within it for there is much learning here available to you. It always comes back to the self, what we are still working within (wounding’s and beliefs). There is a gift within all things, choose to explore the gift that lies within your judgement and rise within love.
