Today’s Messages with Love

We are all within change, every part of us is changing, our perspectives, our beliefs, our eyes are opening to what has been only serving to keep us dulled down, we know it deep within our bones but the choice is ours to make whether we hold tight and resist against what wants to be or we let go and fly into the unknown. Change feels quick it feels fast paced it feels hard to walk within at times as all feels sped up, your internal change is driving the (your) external re-shuffling, restructuring and dismantling. As that which is in your external world comes to meet you to show you where, what does not match your expanded/ing internal frequency. It is the rebuilding back to love, it is the dissolving of that which is not, that which was not created in love, held in love.

We are becoming more aware of the energy that all things emit and we are feeling with greater awareness how every-thing feels within us within our own energy field. Nature, other people, social media/news, words for example. Choosing when we feel within our being, our solar plexus, our heart if some-thing, some-where or some-one’s vibration whether received through conversation, interaction, thought does or doesn’t feel good to us, what our ‘radar’ is picking up on. Choice then calls us, the heart speaks to us, the inner transmits message so we then have choice in that moment what we do with that information. We are receiving information quickly, we are all noticing how time seems sped up, how things don’t seem to wait around but arise quickly and really get your attention and this at times can bring sense of feeling ungrounded or destabilised. The clearing and healing work seems to not let up, many feeling they are moving through one experience quickly into another and then we land within a space of integration (which can feel a void space), anchoring the learnings received, the wisdom gained, the higher light available to us and we then get to walk the walk of this learning within the next experience, or not. Our rising awareness driving all. The light is bringing up and out what is not in harmony within, trust your process, trust your change and the change that is making itself known to you so you can live a brighter, lighter and freer life from within.

There is a newer version of you that is waiting to emerge, keep saying yes to that which the mind may resist through fear and old belief, to that which within your heart you know is going to expand and shift you. There is beauty within all, look for the changes, feel the subtle shifts within you, how you think, feel, act, respond, and how you are choosing differently little by little. Look for the gifts that are being given that support your journey, the new openings whether through job, relationship, hobby or other means.

Be kind to yourself, listen to your body, love yourself by not pushing through when your inner being is telling you to rest, step back and just be. Let go of judgement, honour your feelings, honour your body, honour your journey as you expand into greater levels of love.
