Courageous Heart

The only message that wants to be with us today is one of support, strength and the warrior heart. To remember you are more able and capable of moving through things, whether sensation, emotion, physical ailment, situation that you may be within or feeling the effects of more intensely.

Allow yourself to move through it, emotions may feel really heightened, digestive system, heart, third eye may feel activated. Find your space of peace within it all as best you can, this is a call to stand in your power with gentleness and softness within your heart, compassion for all that you may be navigating and remember that this too shall pass. This month has been one of intensity in many ways, you can and will ride it out and you will see things shift and change, the way through it is allowance, softness, witness and allow the space to be that your emotions need, allow them to move and shift as they need to without attaching too many mind stories around the how, why, and when, the ifs and buts. Things may feel a little or a lot uncomfortable or ungrounded for you right now, there is a lot going on in the cosmos, a lot going on collectively, and add to this what we are also feeling present within our individual realities. If you don’t have clarity, feel a little or a lot lost, or feel that the rug has been pulled out from under your feet again try not to attach story to it allow it to lead you down a rabbit hole which will only wrap your emotions up into it all. Cut cords with fear and open your heart to receive Divine Love, Archangelic support. Trust that what you are moving through will pass for it will. Stand in your power your light, your love, all is well, things may feel shaken but the dust will settle and all will become clearer again.
