Todays Messages with Love

Our fears are gifts they show us where we are still running within an old identity or old program, old belief system. We are being clearly shown, the messages through many means little breadcrumbs pop up in your dreams, conversations with others, written word, media, numbers, thoughts that you think are yours but are gifts from the Soul, the Higher Self. They are the breadcrumbs that are being laid before us that guide and encourage, that show us yes we are on the right path or that plant a seed we needed. Sometimes we just don’t want to see them, for the road we are being shown means stepping through our fears, through the stories and beyond. It’s okay to not feel ready, it’s okay to not feel you are up to it, that is your process, you will when you are ready, and maybe that particular avenue you won’t be ready to travel within this lifetime. Take the pressure off of what you feel you can and cannot do and just do you now. Really that’s all you can do, you now, and being hard on yourself for not having been able to do, overcome A B C you are only placing judgement, blame, shame and guilt on yourself.

Know the fabulous human you are now start by acknowledging that you are whole, complete, just as you are, you’re perfect just as you are whatever flaws and imperfections ‘you’ believe yourself to be, you were created whole and perfect no matter what that may look like to you. That is how the Divine sees you, the Angels see you, your Soul knows you, so really who are you to think otherwise, it’s just all the old stuff that is speaking, the wounds, the beliefs, the programs. See your judgement of self for what it is and let it go, as it comes up/in cut cords with it, cancel it out and take a breath into the heart space and let it go on the exhale, imagine the energy connected with the thoughts coming out of the body on your breath. You are not your stories, your beliefs, your emotions or your past.

If you are finding it hard to do something, change something how about you start with yourself, self-care, do those things that support your physical body health, those things that support you time, that give to yourself, start with that and you will find with time and it may only be a very short time that you start to shift, you notice a shift within how you think, feel, an openness subtle at first but definitely noticeable. Do you, do you first as your step of empowerment and watch the magic of all that flows forth from that. The mountains that you feel are ahead of you that are unsurpassable, the fears that scare you, they won’t seem so big, so unbearable or impossible when you have a sold anchor within yourself. When you CHOOSE to LOVE YOU. When you choose to love you, you are reclaiming your power, bringing your power back to be with you, no-thing, no-one else.

Change calls you, possibilities are opening, start with you and watch your world change from the inside out. Be clear about what you don’t want and what you do want, make positive choices from where you are now and be strong and courageous in your letting go process.
