Todays Messages with Love
Be present. Are you witnessing the endings, they don’t have to be endings that are so clear such as a job or relationship ending for example, they can be subtle but they can be felt with as much ‘energy’(emotion) moving within you. Allow the rise and fall as they come in and out as they become present and as they fade only to rise again. All is well, endings are not always in the form of sadness, grief they are also present around happy moments such as a milestone of a loved one, a child. Whatever you are navigating may feel a little tender, you may think wow that was out of the blue as tears rise in your eyes, through sadness or joy or both. Allow the waves, there is grief within letting go and we are all letting go in some way, within something, within ourselves. There is no wrong, no thing is off track our human earth experience is for us to experience all, whether perceived or felt as good, bad or other and what we are learning and gaining better understanding of is ourselves and this opens us to better master how we move through things, how we see things, how we react to things outside of us and within us. So we are never off track or going backwards we are always and in all ways moving forwards on this beautiful journey that is life, that is to have the blessing of breath.
For some – I have found that many, myself included are feeling the essence of their loved ones in Light around them, mixed emotions coming in waves as the healing you have been within has been processing through the Ancestral lineage. Can you feel the love that surrounds you, feel the opening of your heart. For some it may be within memory or recall of experience, something triggers the remembrance of a loved one, an Ancestor, if these feelings are uncomfortable just go gently allow them to move and shift within you as this is a part of your healing and letting go. All is as it is to be for you.
Continue to let the ‘should have’s’, the ‘why didn’t I’s’ to dissolve within loves embrace as you choose to keep opening your heart to yourself and All things for you are All things, All is within you. There is a distinct sense that so many of us have done the hard work and we are coming into a new dawn, way of BEing, we are slowly emerging from the cocoon into something that feels a little softer, gentler, that is more love filled, the rewards of that which we have travelled and our commitment to not avoid but faced the deep shadows. Remember all is choice, and you dearest heart get to choose your path what you now allow and don’t allow what you want for yourself, what you choose to engage within or walk away from. Keep aligning within love and remember let go of the ‘I should be’s’, the ‘I have to’s’ if they arise dive a little deeper into your whys, the old beliefs that are being clearly shown to you and any judgment of yourself and where you are now and find your peace within love.
