A Little Pop in and Love to All
Stop, deep breath in, slowly, deeply exhale, close your eyes hands over your heart deep breath in again and slowly exhale. Feel yourself come back to be present within your body, repeat the breath a few more times if you need. Say aloud –
“I (say your name) choose, my axis is centered at all times.”
“I (say your name) choose, the Light of all my goodness to be present with me, so be it”.
These are particularly good if you feel you have been knocked a little by what you may be feeling or travelling in your life at this time.
Get out and move your body if you can, its the littlest of movement that goes along way to shifting your energy and helps to move things through.
