With Love

There is such a sense of flipping and flopping in and out, present and then not within the mental, emotional and physical bodies, from emotional to the next inspirational, insight coming in recollection of dreams that bring in messages and ideas but also speak to us about what we are moving through or rather letting go of. There is so much change occurring within the physical body, I am aware of this deeply on my own level and I know just in speaking to others that many are experiencing their version, yet similar happenings. As spoken of recently there is a lot coming up to review, complete and release within families, it feels this is coming to a point of finalisation, for now as least, such deep karmic clearing. Know if it doesn’t feel all love and light and liberation in the moment or its up and down within how you feel what you are thinking that this is without a doubt beautiful healing and expansion. Such deep change on a cellular level that which I am aware of but do not have the in depth knowledge of, what I receive with this is that I actually don’t need to know, just tend to what I need and receive (and this is for all of us) intuitively, listening to what the body needs to support it through this deep cleanse such as water, loads of water, you may literally feel dried up or dry from the inside out, keep drinking it as this is also assisting the flushing through process needed within this karmic clearing. Move it whether intensely or gently, listen and don’t push through, be conscious in your choices, what do you need ask your body daily in the morning what do you need today, stop and ask it throughout the day, don’t overthink it just go by what first comes into your mind. It has felt somewhat of a space of pull back in a sense (yes again) but this is about making sure you are doing what you need to support yourself. and your nervous system, this spaciousness, stepping away from, retreat even, is needed to allow your being on all levels to acclimatise over and over to your inner changes. Try not to attach story to any doubts and fears that may arise around what you are feeling with your body, your emotions, your heart, trust the process, sink deeper and deeper into surrender of what is. It feels that we are coming through this period but we also need time to land fully within ourselves and be anchored within our change.

You powerful light, heart, Soul, the only thing you need to do is to be you unapologetically, be who you want to be and trust that no matter how one day to the next feels you have the tools, the strength, courage and love within you to move with and within it. Allow yourself the grace to be human beautiful heart, and what a magnificent one you are indeed!
