With Love

There is a settling felt today, a softness as if in a sense a lot has just dissolved but we haven’t fully settled back within ourselves. There is still a sense of discombobulation.  If you feel quiet, a little withdrawn, or inward just go with it, you don’t have to revert to the old pattern of filling a space for the sake of it or immediately feel something is wrong. There is a lot of reconfiguration occurring. If you have things to do soften into your doing, be present, be conscious. You may get a sense from deep within, a knowing that something has occurred or feeling different in your world, as if the air itself is different, you are picking up on the subtle energy changes.

Pay attention to where you still push to achieve or come from belief that says your worth comes from what you do not what you be, seeking external validation that we are worthy, we are rewriting a lot of these old deep belief systems that have been passed through from generation to generation, so feeling quiet or being guided to step back may be hard and it may trigger a lot within you if your pattern has been to push through regardless. Going softer means we feel more, what has been seeking our attention comes to the front and this may be why so many choose busyness as a way of avoidance of feeling, if we ignore it then it doesn’t exist, it will only knock louder.

Make time to, even just five minutes, to connect to the breath, feel into the physical body and what’s going on within it, what’s tight, what parts speak to you, to clear the chakras and be still to ask what you need to know in this moment as a daily practice. What is not of us or for us that is of another, opinion, judgement, belief is being shown. All is guiding us to come back within ourselves so we can strengthen and BE-come our own strong, anchored light powerhouse, our source of peace, joy and love, it’s always been within, this is why we do the work we do to return to ourselves and stop seeking it outside, we are clearing that which clouds our true belief/knowing of this.
