Todays Messages with Love

A little pop in to remind that just because you may feel exhausted at times and your heart may not be in doing what you always have done or you even feel able to at times, it doesn’t mean anything is wrong with you. You are within change and so much is shifting within you, the physical body is doing its best to keep up and process the changes. Lots of change within the head and the heart as the old is let go of. It’s sign that you are within a shift, allow yourself the grace to be human and to support yourself with what you need. It may just come over you and then you notice it has gone, it may filter in and out, you may feel moments of energy within your chest, fatigue and then it moves again, all is well. It’s not just this but also notice the moments of inspiration, of joy, of recognising that you are different, the insight that pops in, the moments that line up perfectly to bring you exactly what you have been needing, notice the little things that are working for you and that seem to come with ease. We are being opened more to all, to self, to the magic that we are. It may feel as if you have been stripped back or are walking within two parts of yourself, moments where you feel you are engaging within the old, having things come up with others that you recognise as old trigger, or feel flung back into situations you have worked to not be in, other people’s noise and drama or recognising within others what you have moved through yourself. Do your best to navigate what arises with your love, compassion and peace, if things have to be said you may just find them coming out your mouth before you realise it. There is no mistake or coincidence within all of it. You will CLEARLY feel what is right and what is not for you, you know it, you feel the energy of it, then you get to choose how you respond. You are choosing the higher path for yourself, and it’s not always that we get it right or it goes how we would have liked. What comes up asks us to walk within our mastery, our practice of what we know we now want for ourselves moving forwards. You can only do you as you walk within what feels the past at times and the present and future all in one.
