A Little pop-In Message with Love

Trust, trust deeply what is rising from within you, allow the light, the love that is wanting to be expressed through you to pour forth. Recognise where the mind holds you back or keeps you stuck in stories of limitation, lack, wrongness, that you are not enough. The light is cracking you open so you may come to see, know, feel, sense the beauty that has always laid within you, for you to know, see, sense this in deeper ways so you can shine your magical heart, your love, your light brighter in the world. Allow the whispers of old fears, judgements when they come to play to be softened by your expanded knowing that you are not your past, others opinions and limiting beliefs, you are dissolving that which is less than the magic that you are within each breath of choosing love, choosing yourself over fear and allowing the truth to rise within you.

Big energies present, your physical body may feel it in numerous ways, if you have to distract your mind from over thinking it or sinking into fear get yourself a task, a job to do in some form to distract you, or move your body to help it shift anything stagnant to help it filter the light through, it will pass.
