Be Patient with Yourself

Please be patient with yourself as you are still within integration of all that you have moved through, that which you have finally let go of and chosen differently to be, do, action, move forward with. There is a period of catch up at play where the mind may very well be still cycling with old thoughts and the body purging emotionally, within the systems, letting go still taking place that which you cannot see so it is hard to make connection to what you are feeling and what is going on. Remind yourself in those moments that feel like you haven’t shifted, ‘lightened’ or physically seen any change that supports the work you have been doing, the healing, that the physical takes time to catch up. Keep letting go and releasing judgement, as we as humans have a tendency to do, about what you are feeling, your experience, let comparison and expectations go, hand them over. Surrender to knowing and trusting that all is exactly as it is to be for you, as it is. The mind cannot comprehend the magnitude and complexity of the work you have been travelling/within, Soul can.

To start – Take a few deep long breathes in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Take a moment to close your eyes and say out loud “I anchor a healing space of the highest divine truth, love, peace, harmony and compassion where all that is of the Divine may enter and all that is less than must leave now, so be it, so be it”. You may like to in this moment call forth the four Archangels three times to be present with you (Michael Uriel, Gabriel and Raphael) in all four corners of your space.

Place your hand on your heart, see above you a beautiful, brilliant rainbow light. This light comes through with the love of the Archangel/Angelic Realm that have been such blessed unwavering supporters of our evolution journey.

See, sense, feel, imagine this light coming down to move through your Crown, as it enters your crown it is flushing any debris that is block or interference, allowing the light to flush through your crown, say “I allow the flow of trust; I initiate trust within my crown”.

Repeat this flushing through with each Chakra, taking a moment to pause and really allow and feel the light clearing. Moving to your Throat next say, “I allow the flow of trust, I initiate trust within my throat”.

Repeat this moving through all the Chakras, saying as below after you have flushed with your brilliant rainbow light –

Heart – “I allow the flow of trust; I initiate trust within my heart”.

Solar Plexus – “I allow the flow of trust; I initiate trust within my solar plexus”.

We now also at this point use the rainbow light Source to flush through your Adrenals. “I allow the flow of trust; I initiate trust within my adrenals”.

Sacral – “I allow the flow of trust; I initiate trust within my sacral”.

Base – “I allow the flow of trust; I initiate trust within my base”.

Earth Star (below your feet) – “I allow the flow of trust; I initiate trust within my Earth Star”.

To finish say “I (say your name) choose, I trust and value my wisdom, I trust and value my heart, I trust and value my body”. Take a nice deep breathe in and slowly exhale, feeling the light within the words spoken filtering through your body, your auric field.

“I (say your name) choose, my experience each day is saturated in Light and I AM guided by the Higher Divine Power. I ask that this Light be grounded in my physical cells and body, so be it”.
