With Love

Many things may be feeling a test of your patience, your courage, and most of all your trust at this time.

Know, you are not breaking down you are breaking open, you are releasing, dissolving as you stand in this new you that feels anything but. It’s no small thing to be letting go and unravelling yourself from your attachments to old ideas, ideals, identities and versions of you that you have outgrown. Let alone living in a world that seems in chaos. Those that have sat in lack, limitation, unworthiness, not enoughness, all comes under lack really. You may feel weighed down by all that is within you but as well as all that is without you at this time. See the old crumbling outside of you just as it is within you. Recognise where you are feeding into fear and lack that you are seeing in your outer. DO YOU, do the work of looking at what is presenting for you not through the eyes of lack or feeling the victim of but of LOVE. Facing the shadow and allowing with as much love as you can, compassion, kindness, kindness, kindness to yourself as you process emotions and feelings that come up, trusting your process and the passage of clearing and not getting lost within it but understanding it is the way through. Again you are not breaking apart you are breaking free, and yes you may be sick of it or feel you have been doing this work for years, understand that you cannot clear lifetimes and lifetimes not just this one of beliefs and shadow, trauma, fear, shame, blame and guilt, grief, loss in a moment, a session, a program, or two. The layers open to deeper layers and lead you to limiting beliefs you never knew you held, the whys of why you do certain things, behaviours. Every part of your dedication to your healing path has value. You signed up for this, Soul (you) chose to do this work in this lifetime, for yourself, for the lineage, how about you stand in your magnificence just for a moment, hand on your heart and ACKNOWLEDGE yourself, see the expansion not the lack, the expansion you have undergone, the transformation you have undergone from last month to this month, from year to year. You are a beauty to behold not a mess, not a failure, not a nobody. And if you needed to hear it the work you have done no matter how little or how enormous HAS had effect. Keep going, don’t run from yourself, meet yourself and embrace yourself with all the love you have within you.

You carry an incredible light and the frequency of the light you carry has changed, the amount of light you hold has increased, that which is ready to be look at will come up and it comes up immediately and is why it can feel that there hasn’t been a break between one thing to the next. The light is illuminating and pushing to the surface that which sits in shadow, density, lack. Particularly where you have given your power over to things outside of you, so that person, that situation where you are still repeating patterns will be illuminated for you, so you can step into and reclaim your power.

You ARE forging ahead and creating your future path within each

breath, remember to LOVE yourself, every aspect of yourself, send love to it not just the parts of you that feel good, send love to the parts that need it the most, the uncomfortable, the painful.

Many pieces are coming together you just can’t see them falling into place just yet, it doesn’t mean they don’t exist. Trust in the unseen and unknown and that some things are heading the path they are because that IS the path of coming into the light. If you are finding it hard to get out of your head take time to go within, connect to your light, the Creators Light present within you, and if you can get out into nature and look for the beauty that does exist in the world, slow it down, move your body even if it is just to stretch it with purpose to release and shift energy through you. Use the breath to help centre and ground your energy.
