This New Moon may reveal ‘new’ truths to you. Your perception of the truth about a situation could in fact be changed and a newer truth uncovered. And this is a beautiful thing as it is perfect to keep seeking new ways, being open to new ideas, to question the old and awaken to the new. You may find yourself questioning old beliefs you once held as your truth. As you grow and expand your awareness things undoubtedly shift your perspective.

Be aware of, recall anything that has been triggering you recently, making you uncomfortable. Especially repetitive patterns, these are the things that need a deeper looking into so they can be finally let go of and energetically released. See the New Moon as a beautifully perfect time to welcome these emotions in, acknowledge them, dissect them and allow them to be set free. See it as the gift it is to you.

June is all about change, and digging deeper into ourselves, unlocking and unfolding more of us, awakening even more to our gifts. The clearer emotionally we are, the sooner we honour how our body is feeling and what it is still holding onto, we are better able to understand ourselves on a deeper soul level. Allowing us to even more so energetically align ourselves with the energy awaiting us.
