Trust and Allow

The message of flow continues to be brought forth as we come into what feels a space of not only reflection and pause for many but revaluation of where you sit and what you really feel within aspects of your life. This space can at times bring feelings of being a little lost, uncertain, wishy washy, but if you can just allow ‘flow’ with it and surrender to it this doesn’t create stories around it that aren’t there. Allow the pause, the what may feel like a void space for some to be as this space when surrendered to although uncomfortable can see big shifts occur for you. Allow what wants to be without creating stories, seek to find your joy in some way, in something creative you love, something soothing, something that supports and lifts you as you allow the passage of time to move through this space as we come into the Solstice.

If you have felt challenges or recurrence of situations have arisen know they merely come back around for you to take a deeper look and to see if you have really received and embodied all the learning, wisdom and gifts this experience is giving you so it can come to completion.

Again if you feel the mind has been running the show and you have struggled to keep it quiet even when you know that some of what it brings is past, is story rising again, is old belief, its okay. You are not going backwards, nothing is wrong, connect with the heart and imagine, see, sense, feel the head moving down into the heart space, keep bringing the head into the heart and see the hearts readiness to wrap the head in its unconditional love. Come back to your higher knowing, allow the heart to reassure you that all is well if you feel a little or a lot confused or disheartened at present. It will pass.

Trust, trust especially when you feel your path is not clear, feels blocked or shaky. Allow and trust, breathe dear heart. Find your joy. Focus on not what is now behind you or ahead, just do your now moment, be present and connect with love, with Light to fill you up, to soothe and reassure, replenish.
