One Day at a Time
We have been really asked to look at what is working and what isn’t in our lives, this may have felt a little confronting for some depending on what you have going on and what work you still have to do. Remember it’s not a race or competition it is your journey don’t compare or try not to. We are being asked to really be aware of, notice how and what effects out energy, where joy and love are present and created from and what sits within fear and discomfort (physical/emotional mental) as our guide to what we may need to let go of or connect more with in our lives. It’s a time to really just take one day at a time bringing us back to practice being present in the moment and not getting too far ahead of ourselves but to deal with and move through what is wanting our attention now.
Some of you may be very aware of new opportunities and ideas around you but you either feel blocked in some way or just can’t seem to get to it, this is because they are not quite ready to make connection just yet, this is where we are asked to practice patience and really listen to our own knowing and guidance. You may feel like you are ready, and the energy is behind you to act but just check in and be sure, its not far off and all systems will be go. This also connects to many being within a space of deep, deep clearing from the systems, karmic ties clearing, as well as ancestral at play, a lot going on that you can’t see all the workings of or grasp completely within your mind, just trust it is so and allow it, go with it as has been the message.
We are also being given this time to really kick start what we know supports our physical bodies more, remember the physical vessel holds the light that you are, the more light you are able to hold as consciousness rises the more the body needs to be supported and for many they are being shown where in the physical body it needs more support or has been carrying and is releasing either through ailment or illness. Where you put in the effort, even little steps so they are doable and not overwhelming and too hard to maintain they will be greatly rewarded.
Keep going Dear Hearts an incredibly powerful time and you are whether your human mind thinks it or not doing an incredible job. Its big work but you are more than able. Shine that powerful heart Light ahead of you.
