Todays Messages with Love
Another powerful week energetically a big shift taking place cosmically, but there is a beautiful supportive healing energy also felt flowing through all today. So if you feel a little sensitive or emotional all is well, allow the energies to move through you, flow with them and allow them to assist your processes. All is supportive in our forwards movement within shifting our mental, emotional and physical (actions) from the past that we have been working through to heal and release, to come into more of a fresh, new reinvigorated, like a reset of our focus forwards/direction. A real boost to support and help us with shifting from any lingering mindset, beliefs that we are not able, capable, to be the controllers and creators of our reality. There is a lot within manifestation present, and to really draw on that power going forwards. Nurture yourself, keep feeding yourself in all ways what supports and honours your body mind and spirit, your heart and look to start taking those steps towards what you want to see in your world. Use affirmations, mantras, meditations, draw forth the Light to fill you and go ahead of you, connect with your inner Light and join it with the light of the Divine that you are to support you to know who you truly are and are capable of, to support your growing sense of worthiness, to amplify your inner courage, strength and Light.
What you value, what you do and don’t want, what does and doesn’t feel good to you has changed, what you once allowed or tolerated has changed as you have. Keep being mindful of what you put your heart and soul into, your time and energy. You may find that you’re having to reconsider aspects of this through your experiences this week. Remember you get to choose a different approach if you like, and its perfectly okay to change your mind to something that supports you more. Not only what you allow from others but what you allow for yourself, your internal critic, judgement, health all realigning. Feel into and observe yourself and what is being given to you, can you see and feel the shifts and growth that you have been through you are becoming consciously aware of? You are so much better at seeing and recognising past patterns and programming/conditioning so much more aware of self, this is your beautiful growth, now put it into action in your choices that best serve you, and All in love. All is working to lift and support you to release the old and unhealthy whatever form that is coming up in in your world. All supports and nourishes Souls desire for you to know yourself in deeper more profound ways through the eyes of love.
