Set yourself up each morning for the day ahead
Take a few minutes each morning as you place your feet on the floor as you get out of bed to close your eyes, place your left hand over your heart and bring your awareness to this point, the centre of love within you. Feel into the stillness, the peace present within and align yourself with this as you take a few deep and intentional breaths in and out. “I open and choose to allow Light to lead me, Love to lead me today and all days”. “I AM not what is outside of me, but the ever-present love within me, my true essence. I align with and walk within peace today and all days”.
Recognise remind yourself, see that you are not what is outside of you. There are some pretty fiery energies present and (I feel) this connects with the coming into the Lions Gate on 8/8. There is connection here with a lot of us needing to slow it down and become really present and aware of what we are feeling, being guided to get done or not, where we are choosing to use and allow our energy to be involved within. We are raising in vibrational frequency and there is also connection here with the need to go slowly, and this doesn’t necessarily mean doing things at a snail’s pace but rather purposefully and with intention that which we are heart connected to, that which is truly serving and aligned. Its why we struggle when we try to do all the old things/ways that didn’t serve or that only served to deplete and drain. That which was mindless unconscious doing, people pleasing, giving your power away to others. Have you noticed how much you ‘feel’ when you hold anger or judgement, it drains you, many are feeling now with more intensity the energy of emotion, thought moving within you as it is created, for you are much more Intune with your whole beingness. The old ways don’t work anymore, keep working on making changes here, bit by bit that bring greater peace to your being, freedom and space within. Own what you need to, face it don’t ignore it, all is okay, be compassionate and kind to yourself and remind yourself if it is feeling intense for you right now that it too shall pass, use your tools that support. Nature is a blessing to us all, the elements, use them.
The Crown is being illuminated and what is being shown here is our connection with the Divine, with higher wisdom, there is a lot being received. Take some time if you are able or better still make time for you, and open to receive. If you are able to sit in the sunlight to do this even better as there is a lot of energy coming through our sun at this time soak it in allow it all to move through you. Cleanse and bathe in its power.
